Opened in 2009, when electronic cigarettes were the stuff of pop-​up ads, Smokeless Smoking set out to make vaping a class act. Customer service and atmosphere have played a large role in the development of their impressive model. Their vapor lounges are a mix of living room, game den and street art installation. An intimately knowledgeable vapetender can be seen operating the custom-​made «Vape Bar» (the only of its kind in the cities), where customers sample flavors and brands in comfort. Around them, other patrons are playing shuffleboard, watching TV and playing a cocktail arcade machine, all while enjoying some free coffee. If you were thinking this sounds like the ultimate playground for adults, you’d be correct. And this is all to say nothing of the service you’ll receive. Business Owner

Armed with just what we could fit in our car, we left Los Angeles in the fall of 2009. With hopes to raise a family and start a business that we believed had serious potential, we arrived in Minnesota. At the time very few people had even heard of electronic cigarettes. Fast forward four years, six shops, one business partner (Tim K), one baby and gazillion milliliters of e-​liquid later, here we find ourselves. None of the hand-​full of dedicated e-​cigarette businesses that were operating in the Twin Cities in 2009 still exist today. We pride ourselves in having created the first customer-​service oriented model for sales of this class of product in the area. Our credo since the inception of our company has been to «put the relationship ahead of the sale». We are proud of all we have accomplished and cannot wait to serve you in making the switch to electronic cigarettes.
