What a wonderful 90 minute massage! I’m not surprised a bit that the time seemed so much less than 90 minutes. It always goes by so quickly! It was the first time I had been to Tranquil Vibe as I had a gift card from dear friends. The vibe of the office was very nice and relaxed. I have zero concerns and the experience as a whole was simply wonderful! Julie did my massage and she was wonderful.

Extremely professional spa! Everyone is warm and inviting. Adam was amazing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was very clean, everything was done in a very timely, organized manner. I will definitely schedule again soon!

I have been to tranquil vibe several times for waxing. My experience with waxing has been mainly positive, especially compared to other Bloomington locations. I appreciate that they truly do have a spa atmosphere and use sheets and towels on the beds so it doesn’t feel like I’m in a doctor’s office. My waxes have been fine. They are not as good as services I have had when I lived in Atlanta and California, but compared to other services I have experienced in Bloomington, they are probably the best. It is pricey, especially when compared to waxes I have had in bigger cities, but I understand that there are few options here so businesses can charge more.
I thought I would also try a massage and facial. I am getting married soon and wanted to up my skincare régime. I was honestly disappointed. The aesthetician tried to recommend other products and services but it felt more like a sales pitch than a quality recommendation. She didn’t seem very confident. I’m not an expert when it comes to facials, but it really didn’t seem like anything special, and again, was a little pricey considering what I got. I will probably look for other options in the future.
The massage was probably the most disappointing part of my day. I have had many massages and prior to my move to Bloomington was getting a massage once a month due to a lot of tension in my neck, back, and shoulders from a car accident. I indicated on the paperwork that I wanted her to target those areas and asked her to do the same at the start. She spent some extra time on them, but I wish she would have asked if I wanted more time there. I also booked a deep tissue massage, which in my past experience is usually pretty intense, borderline painful, but gets the job done. This was not a deep tissue massage and the masseuse didn’t once check in on the pressure or how I was feeling. I agree with another reviewer that the massage was very generic. Nothing special and certainly not worth the money.
The day spa is clean and relaxing. The people are nice and down to earth. It’s fine and will get the job done here in Bloomington, but I don’t think the quality of the services warrant the price. I will probably keep going for waxes, but look for other options or just not spend the money on facials and massages. My rating would be lower if this were in another location, but given the lack of options in Bloomington, I feel like this is fair.

I’ve been here a few times for waxing and eyelash tinting services. Excellent service, excellent results. Staff is very friendly and professional, atmosphere is super clean and relaxing. A bit hard to find, but worth it.

I have been here once, I was planning to have their hot tube massage, but it’s a little bit expensive for me at that time, probably around $ 40 for 20 minutes, 80 for 40 minutes, so I decide to give it a try next time, but the environment is really pleasant and clean, their body message seems at reasonable price ^^

Over the weekend I went in for a tropical fruit anti aging peel and the service was fantastic! The spa was super relaxing and the bed was even heated. .it all added up making this my favorite spa.
The results of the peel gave my face a new healthy glow. I will definitely be going back, my experience was relaxing with great results.

I scheduled the honey spa package and it was amazing. It included the hydrotherapy bath, exfoliation and a massage. It was a luxurious, relaxing experience. I would recommend this pace to anyone wanting to relax and have a delightful experience. It was also very clean and the owner was very nice.

Spent a fantastic hour plus at Tranquil Vibe Spa. My friend and I splurged for a spa day, and chose Tranquil Vibe based on the great reviews. We both got the sugar scrub/​massage and were not disappointed! From the moment we walked in, I felt relaxed and welcome. The spa and staff are fabulous — friendly and professional without any pretension. Lori attended to me, and I can’t say enough great things about her service. The spa is super clean, very comfortable. Highly recommended… I will be back the next time I’m in Bloomington!!!

I just recently had a 90 minute massage with Lisa. One of the best massages I have had in town. She was very good and I’m pretty sure the massage was not a ‘cookie cutter’ massage routine. Very impressed. I will be back.
Lisa took me on a tour of the facility and the place is very nice, not to mention they have the deepest hydrotherapy tub I have seen. Perhaps a facial is in my near future. :)
I must also add that the location is very convenient. I don’t like going downtown to get a massage because parking is a pain. Vibe Day Spa has their own parking lot. Also, they have a very nice outside sitting area with a wooded/​creek view, something the downtown spas cannot possibly have.
