History

Established in 2014.

Cozy 62 unit apartment community, consisting of two and three bedroom apartment homes, each with two full bathrooms. Brick exterior construction, with enclosed entry areas, decks and balconies. Property was constructed in the mid 90’s but purchased by current owners in November of 2014, and onsite management was retained. Owners are owner/​operators based in Carmel, IN. Fantastic location on Bloomington, Indiana’s near south side, approximately 3 miles from the court house square, and 3.25 miles from the Sample Gates of Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. Property is approximately one half a city block from the number one route of the Bloomington Transit Bus system.

Timothy R.

Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial property industry, the General Manager of Walnut Springs Apartments, Timothy Roberts, has truly been employed in every facet of the business. Starting out as a maintenance technician, he has held the positions of Maintenance Manager, Director of Leasing, Assistant General Manager, Property Manager, Senior Multi-​Site Property Manager and General Manager.

Mr. Roberts not only manages this community, but performs much of the maintenance as well, making him truly a «hands on» operations professional. His creed is «Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself» and the satisfaction of the residents of Walnut Springs Apartments is his primary objective.
