VPC Builders is a full-​service construction firm specializing in commercial and residential construction, Green Building, and remodeling in North Carolina and South Carolina. Matt V.

Business Owner

Matt Vincent is owner and President of Vincent Properties Construction Inc., located in the prestigious town of Blowing Rock, NC.

He is a Licensed Unlimited General Contractor with the state of North Carolina, as well as a graduate from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking. Matt is a Realtor and is a member of the local Avery Watauga Association of Realtors, he also holds an Accredited Builder Designation through North Carolina’s Builders Institute. Matt has earned a Renewable Energies Diploma from the North Carolina Solar Center’s Diploma Series.
