A few subsequent visits since my first review have disappointed, unfortunately. My go-to sammie has always been the king Veggie & Cheese. Not hard to mess up, just throw some lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc., on fresh Turano bread and you’re done. As time has passed, the quality control has bottomed out, and the subs have been hit or miss. They’re skimping on the ingredients, making it hard to compete with franchises nearby. My recent Veggie king sub had three freaking slices of tomato, hardly a handful of lettuce, and a stingy portion of giardiniera peppers paid for at an extra cost. When the main elements are solely lettuce, tomato, and peppers, load them up!!! Apparently, they are also no longer serving wheat bread, which seriously prompts the unlikelihood of my future business. Not sure what the deal is, but my hope is that they get back to making worthwhile subs and allow for continued profitability.

I will never order from here again… Ordered from this location as it’s close to my job and when I got back to work my whole order was wrong… There was nothing they could do for me cuz I didn’t have enough time to go back and get it replaced and by the time I got off work, they were closed… I don’t live in the area so I wasn’t holding onto the sandwiches until the next time I returned. Wasted $ 20 and received horrible customer service…

O.K. so it twelve thirty and the place should be jam packed? Noo! It was as empty as George W’s head. I almost didn’t go in, for fear that the locals knew something that I didn’t. I’m glad I went in. They had a bunch of specials. I got the 2 Mr. Subs for $ 4.50. They were incredibly fresh tasting for the lack of people. Maybe they have and early rush because of Eisenhower H.S. across the street? But the service was quick and friendly. I would go back in a minute. I like my space.
