Nombach Roofing & Tuckpointing

I have made three calls, and even asked for a quote on email. Now the receptionist is a very nice person and she said she gave my number to Chris last week, well a week later I haven’t received a call, an inquiry, email or anything so I don’t want to give a good or I don’t know how the work is. I saw them on Angie’s list and figured I will get a quote for back porch work. But when someone doesn’t return your call, I don’t feel confident if something happened and I need to get in contact.

I have only posted 3 reviews on Unilocal ever. Two are positive; yours was negative. I do not know you or anyone affiliated with your company. I have absolutely no reason to make anything up. I stand by my original comments.
Shall I expect a reply in 2019?

I called several businesses, requesting someone’s presence to assess damage to my roof from windstorms that had swept through the area, and also to give me an estimate on gutters for my garage. Everyone returned my initial call, but Nombach was the only company to show up for the appointment made. Needles to say, I was unsurprised by the professionalism of the estimator. I was also impressed with the education I received on the gutter and roofing systems used by Nombach. I decided to give them my business, and I am totally pleased and satisfied with the results. The shingle replacements are indistinguishable from the rest of the roof, which was surprising given my roofs color and age. My garage gutter system is as thoroughly and solidly built, as what was shown to me in my home. Weather caused delays in the start of the projects, but the work crew communicated with me regularly on when they hoped to get started, and eventually were able to do so. I felt that they cared about my projects from start to finish, and that made a difference to me. I am already aware of some potential, future needs, and when the time comes to meet them, Nombach will be the first call that I make. I recommend them highly. I even left their sign in my front yard for several days after the work was done, in hopes that they would be considered for work, by others.

Extremely happy costumer! I called in on a Monday for a consultation on a roof leak and possibility for replacing my gutters on my home. I received a return call by Wednesday and had a scheduled meeting that same week. Once the salesman looked at my damage and assessed pricing and timing for this work to be completed he quoted what I thought to be a very good deal and we scheduled for the work to begin! Within two weeks my house needs were assessed, quoted and the work was complete. I am beyond thrilled with the results of the job and will most definitely be contacting this company in the future when need be. Not only was the work completed successfully but the phone calls and personal encounters with the workmen and salesmen were friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of fast, reliable and consistent work on their home!

I contracted with Nombach to replace existing gutters and for a small section repair the soffit.
The Nombach crew did an amazing job. The installation went without an issue. The crew was professional, punctual and performed all needed clean-​up. I highly recommend Nombach. There is some tuck-​pointing work needed and I plan to use Nombach for that project.

Totally disappointed. These people are a total rip-​off. We scheduled an appointment for a contractor, Cliff Mock, to come out. Cliff checked our attic and inspected the roof and did not find any damage. However, he returned into our house and quoted us an estimate of $ 2265 to add a couple of shingles on the roof in an attempt to prevent extremely minor and infrequent leakage from reoccurring. I contacted Nombach the same exact day to decline their services. I was never notified back, so I contacted Nombach once more on a Tuesday to again decline their services; therefore they were provided with notice that I was no longer interested in them doing my minor repair work twice. It was during that call that Cliff stated to me that I would be charged 25% of the cost of the repair for cancelling the job. Nombach was contacted on the same day to decline their services and according to their contract, a client has 72 hours to cancel a job at no cost. Despite being contacted and communicating with Cliff about not wanting Nombach to repair my infrequent leak, Cliff took it upon himself to send some of their workers out that Thursday, just two days after speaking to me and being told that I was not interested in their services. These guys came driving the opposite direction down a one way street and began pounding on my door very persistently. Once I went to the door and informed them that Nombach had been notified a week prior that I was not interested in being serviced by them and that I had just spoken to Cliff just two days prior cancelling the job, these guys were hesitant about leaving my property. That is when things got ugly and I told them that I would call the police if they did not leave the premises immediately. To conclude this review, Nombach is very unprofessional and clearly makes a bulk of their income by ripping off their clients. This Cliff guy called me yesterday threatening to put a lien against my property for the 25% cancellation fee. I will see these guys in court, if they think that are going to get a 25% fee from me for a job that was declined the exact same day as the consultation was done. Since that consultation, I have been provided with repair estimates by a couple of different contractors with rates ranging from 30 to 35% of what Nombach quoted me for.

Maybe they do great work, but I never got to find out.
I have a home warranty and I called my home warranty provider when I noticed that I had a leak in the roof that was staining my ceiling. My home warranty provider assigned this company to my claim and sent over the information on a Tuesday morning to Nomback and they were to contact me. I never heard from Nombach on Tuesday so I called Wednesday morning. I was told that the estimator would call me later that day and schedule a time with me. I never heard from them so I called again Thursday morning and was told the same thing. Still no call back on Thursday, so Friday morning I called again. They said the same thing, but this time they put me on hold to call the estimator to see ensure they would call me. The person came back online after putting me on hold and said they spoke with the estimator and they were currently on a job and will call me later Friday afternoon. Once again, no call.
On Monday, I called my home warranty company again and told them what had happened. They put me on hold so they could call Nombach directly and figure out what was going on. Nomback told my home warranty company that they couldn’t find any information on me and had no record of the claim my home warranty company sent over or any record of my calls. My home warranty company ended that claim there and found me another company that was luckily much more responsive.

I recently had Jack Weber to my house and have nothing but good things to say about his expertise and helpful informative information. Jack was a pro the second he arrived at my home and was very professional, and did a great job in assisting with my roof. He went above and beyond and I would recommend Jack and Nombach Roofing & Tuckpointing to anyone in need of a roofing specialist.

Excellent work and a great price: Milt and Nombach did an excellent job putting a new roof and complete repair of our chimney, including brick repair below the chimney and installing metal facing around chimney base. This the second major job on our house done by Nombach. We are totally satisfied.

Had Nombach out to look at a leak in our roof. So I thought. Ended up being some faulty gutter flashing. Service department is the tops. Will call them again and every time I have a problem. Great guys great workers great experience.

I hired Nombach Roofing for a tough job. There were a lot of steps and a steep roof that was very close to my neighbor’s yard. They did an excellent job. They were on time, considerate of my plants and neighbors… and there was always a supervisor available and overseeing everything. I called on another remodel job and they did another excellent job. I’ve been very happy. Great guys. They know what they’re doing.

Totally disappointed. Called to company on a Tuesday, received message the following week, was told I would get phone call following day– ummmm it’s 4 days later and no phone call?
I called to office and the young lady was totally nice and said this is not how they do business, so she would check who took my call and have them call me back.
Got a call from estimator who «claimed» he did go but was talking about «current» railings I have. Ummmm I have no «current» railings since I just had cement stairs built. Leads me to believe that no visit occurred and the $ 3,000 estimate is totally fabricated. So not happy with this, so my business goes elsewhere. And I had really high hopes.
The bad thing is I didn’t get my railings!
