Vicki Smith Agent Coldwell Banker

I am writing this review to express my unhappiness with real estate agent Vicki Smith of Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty and her broker, Steve Keefe.
Ms. Smith was hired to sell two homes for us up at Lake Arrowhead, California. It took quite awhile, but both homes were eventually sold. Prior to selling the homes we asked Ms. Smith what needed to be done. One house needed a complete cleaning and recarpeting due to pets. We did exactly what Ms. Smith recommended and paid all cleaning and recarpeting bills timely. From the time the house was professionally cleaned and recarpeted, no one every lived in the house until it was sold.
Once the property was sold, we asked Ms. Smith what needed to be done prior to the new owners taking possession. She replied that it simply need to be «BROOM CLEAN». We then authorized her to send a cleaner over to sweep the house only.
A few weeks later we got a bill for $ 275.00 to «Broom Clean» the house. We immediately called Ms. Smith and expressed our unhappiness at receiving a bill that high for sweeping the floor of a house. Ms. Smith IGNORED the issue completely and did not respond. We then sent the cleaner a check for $ 75.00 saying that was all we had authorized and if they felt they needed more money, they should contact Ms. Smith.
I received a voice mail message from Ms. Smith a few days ago. She ranted and raved about how selfish and greedy my husband is, she made mention of my fucking husband, my fucking mother and how fucking mad she was. In fact, she said the word fuck, or fucking several times in the message. She ended by saying what goes around comes around.
I sent her an email telling her that I would not put up with that kind of unprofessional conduct and that I would expect an immediate apology. To date there has been no apology. I sent an email to her broker explaining the situation and there has been no response.
There are several great real estate companies up at Lake Arrowhead and I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for property in the mountain area steer way clear of Vicki Smith and Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty.
