Blue Springs Jiu-​Jitsu has been serving the Blue Springs/​Kansas City area for more than 20 years. We are a progressive martial arts school that focuses on the education and development of its students abilities. Our mission is to develop each individual’s confidence, self esteem, and character through the practice of martial arts.

We specialize in the arts of Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu, Judo, Kali, and Gung Fu (kickboxing). Our students learn from highly qualified instructors with many years of experience. We have outstanding programs for both children and adults that are suited for the beginner as well as the experienced martial artist. For those interested in competitions, we train and prepare students for competitions in Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu, Judo, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. History

Established in 1992.

Blue Springs Jiu-​Jitsu was opened up in 1992 by Sensei Wayne Marble. Since that time we have dedicated ourselves to educating students. Our mission is to develop each individual’s confidence, self esteem, and character through the practice of martial arts.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Wayne Marble opened Blue Springs Jiu-​Jitsu in 1992. He currently holds the ranks of 4^th degree black belt in Judo, 4^th degree black belt in Shingitai Jujitsu, 3^rd degree black belt in Gung Fu, and brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu. In addition to his expert credentials in martial arts, he has a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Education Specialist degree in Educational Administration.
