LongHorn Steakhouse

Food gets a good 4 stars, enjoyed the NY strip and a loaded baked potato. Both cooked right, served hot, seasoned well, no need for steak sauce. Oh and the key lime pie, very good.
Service = 2 stars though. I sat at the bar for a late lunch. Jeff was the bartender and server. A very friendly guy. But he failed to either enter my soup order or failed to pick it up. Then no bread offered at first, till the steak arrived. Nice guy, but can improve his service execution.
I do like Longhorns, and feel their menu has a nice variety, and always cooked right.

The service and thoughtfulness of the staff, especially the manager Camille, has completely made my Valentine’s Day the best it could have been! I appreciate the great service and food, thank you so much!

Longhorn is a chain restaurant I never gave a chance, until today. The steaks here are awesome, very flavorful. The brown sugar sweet potatoes are so good! Definitely recommend them. Service is ok, and we’ve been here twice, both times were average. The food quality is very consistent.

Excellent food (not to mention the friendliest bartenders!!) Highly recommend when hitting the Tanger outlets, this is a must stop. Great salads and of course an excellent rib-​eye :)

I’m a regular. I eat here once or twice a week at this location. How long have I been a customer of Longhorn’s. My dealings with them go back to when I used to live in Houston. There was this great location in Southwest Houston off of I-​59. I was happy to know there was a Longhorn by me in Bluffton. Usually my experiences here and there have been positive. The food has always been good. Very good selection of steaks. This one star review is for how I got treated by a server named Alexis (might have spelled it wrong) the last time I was there with my girlfriend.
We walk in and are seated right away like we always are. Alexis came by and asked us what we wanted to drink. We’ve been here so many times, we knew what to order right away. My lady has expensive taste and always wants the Flo’s Filet. I had the NY Strip.
Like always, we love us some Longhorn bread to start our meal. The bread Alexis brought out was old. It was like it was leftover from some another table. That has never happened to me before. From the outside of the bread to over one inch in, it was rock hard. She gave me old bread. It was obvious. I don’t know why. I came here about 3:30 to 4:00pm. The place was not busy at all. Normally, I come here during dinner and this place is always packed.
I let her know and told her to get us some fresh bread. I could have sworn she laughed as she walked away. For the rest of the time, she was rude to us. We didn’t do anything. I’ve never had any major issue with any server at a Longhorn’s ever. Who cares if the server is a little slow or whatever. The steaks have always hit the spot, so it does not matter to me if the server is not perfect. This was shocking to me.
But it all made sense later on as our steaks came out. She was talking to another customer and complaining about her job. She said something about a management opportunity. If she did not get it, she would leave and find another job. Longhorn is not that great anyway.
So, I have to ask: You not liking how work is going is a way to treat someone, who has done nothing to you, like garbage? Talk to management if you are upset. Don’t take it out on innocent customers. My girl and I are laid back individuals. We are easy to take care of.
Finally, if you don’t like your job. Don’t sulk. Leave. There is nothing wrong with that. There are other jobs out there. Don’t complain about your employer to customers. It is a pretty low thing to do.
This person has not caused me to never go back. I have had too many positive experiences there to let one bad apple change all that. I will always go back. I will just refuse to have her serve me again.

Great food and they were having a special with 6 oz steak, salad, app or desert for 12.99, so much cheaper than ordering from their normal menu. The bread was amazing and the spicy chicken bites were to die for!
We got seated next to the kitchen which wasn’t the best seat in the joint because it was a constant parade of servers and food runners whizzing by. Our server wasn’t the most attentive, and others picked up the slack. I will say there was one hostess/​food runner that was very unprofessional the entire time we were there. From the time we walked in until the time we walk out all she did was pat her head. She did this in front of the customers, the bar, and while running food. Not the look I want to see when someone brings me my food. It was easier to count the number of times she wasn’t patting her head than not.
Overall good experience and the food was so worth it.

Don’t waste your money. This place is a joke when it comes to the standard of food they serve. Will never eat anything from any Longhorn ever again.

Visited while shopping at the outlets. Pleasantly surprised. Fish and steaks were excellent. Knowledgeable staff and good value for the money. Large menu.

we have dined here about 5 times in 18 months and the food and the service have always been great. we would come once or twice a week if we could afford it.
good managers also; they are paying attention to the diners and the service.

Came in for a late dinner and drinks. We were treated exceptionally well by the bartender, Guy. Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Well be back!

I usually pass by chain restaurants but I’m new to the area and was craving a great steak and a salad with bacon, red onion, blue cheese and tomato! Longhorn nailed it and my waitress was attentive not overbearing! She did temp me with the pumpkin lava cake though! Next time!

I go to the LongHorn in PA back home never had a bad experience. Flo’s Filet my fav over all but everything good from the salmon to burgers :) plus nice a friend have me a gift card and I’m using while I’m here on Vacation. As for this place staff was friendly and very accommodating food was excellent I got the Flo’s Filet w the lobster tail then my mother got the Lobster chops which she raved about

Super yummy for my tummy !!! Lunch dinner for fam or Biz :) they have a really great verity of steak and your core side kicks like fries and greens… over all great customer service. Good with kids and nice team incitement. We have enjoyed or food here

We go to this Longhorn for celebrations and night-​outs. We love the bacon wrapped sirloin and the service is excellent.
