Horrible experience with flooring install. The installers Lowes sent installed my flooring incorrectly. Lowes refuses to fix it and wants to charge me to replace the flooring which stated it had a ”lifetime” guarantee. They don’t return phone calls. This was the worst experience I have ever had with flooring. I would not recommend this Lowes to anyone thinking about using them for flooring. Very bad service

Ordered a refrigerator to be delivered to my home. I was told they’d call the day before with a 2hour window for delivery. No one called, so I called them to check the day before. They told me they wouldn’t know what time they were delivering until that day(I work and needed to know when to take off.) The girl I talked to acted completely dis-interested and wouldn’t help me any further. They called at 9am the day of delivery to let me know they’d be there between noon and 5pm. I told them it was supposed to be a 2-hour window and they said they had no way of knowing if it would be closer to noon or 5. I asked if they could call when they were leaving their previous install(I only work a few min from my house) so I could meet them, and they said no. So I had to take a half day off of work. So the install wasn’t really«free.»

Horrible, terrible customer service. I’ve wasted hours on the phone and waiting for this Lowe’s to deliver my refrigerator. Then I was promised an upgrade yesterday for my patience, and the fact they can’t deliver what I ordered for a month after their original delivery date, and YUP you guessed it — they failed to deliver today as promised. I am getting a refund and going to Home Depot for all my needs moving forward. The worst was there was no follow up or follow through from anyone at this store. #brokenpromises #problemswithlowes

DONOT allow Lowe’s to install your tiling. Our recent tiling job took 5 days and 3 return visits to correct the project that was scheduled for 2-days. Did not complete work they were paid to do. There were numerous tiles that had no mortar under them. They left mortar on cabinets, walls and floor molding. The installers stole tools, food and drinks. Denied it until I call the sheriff’s department and they found them«mistakenly» mixed in with their tools. They left garbage, cigarette butts and pieces of tile outside the house. They cleaned their tools and equipment and threw the water into our landscaping. Lowe’s did very little to rectify the issue. They gave us a $ 400 credit on a $ 2000 installation project(tiling was another $ 1,000), but I had to repair the modeling and install new wood siding on the cabinets and refinish them. Oh yeah, I bought the materials for this and not at a discount. We also had to pay a person to be there the entire time the installers were there since we are out of town and this is our vacation home. Being a vacation home, I spent nearly the whole week I was there fixing Lowe’s crap. I hope and pray an executive from Lowe’s contacts us for pictures, text and email correspondence. The local managers feel they«did everything they could» to help resolve the issue. I will try to load pictures and videos of the«quality» work Lowe’s provides their clients so you can judge for yourself.

Here’s the bad news. I ordered chairs online twice and both times lowes didn’t come thru. the chairs never arrived. The good news is that when I went to pick them up, Cherry in customer service went the extra mile to get my order sorted out and arranged for chairs to be delivered from another store. Evita and Keith were super helpful too. Lowes needs to fix the online ordering system, but in person, they have great people.
