Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Prior to graduation, Rich was a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office — Criminal Division assisting in the prosecution of Federal Crimes including conducting the trials of Defendants. After graduation, He went on to independent contract work on a complicated business litigation dispute. Rich then went to work for a prominent lowcountry law firm in its litigation department. Finally, he worked for a medium sized regional insurance defense law firm and learned the basics of the insurance defense law practice giving him a great competitive advantage over most of the other law firms in the area that practice personal injury law but have never practiced insurance defense law.

After several years of working for others, Rich felt constrained and desired more autonomy. He left and started his own firm. Rich was able to begin building a new client base quickly when leaving his old firm, helping the transition from leaving an established practice to beginning his own practice.
