Pinnacle Health Concepts, LLC is a physical-​therapist-​owned-​and-​operated physical therapy and rehabilitation center. Our goal at Pinnacle Health Concepts, LLC is to get you back to how you live, and we’ll treat you with as much care as family.

We start with learning about you, so we can work together toward a solution that fits your lifestyle. We take time with you before, during and after therapy to educate you and show you how to get — and stay — better. Because there’s nothing worse than hurting and not knowing why, or how to fix it.

From your initial session throughout your treatment plan, your therapy is guided by how you feel and your unique circumstances. You can expect lots of open communication, so you’re never left out of control of your own health. You’ll learn how to control your symptoms, allowing you to move forward with your life. Take your first step to feeling better.

History

Established in 2002.

Started in 2002 by Jean McConnell-​Copploe, PT, MS, ATC in downtown Youngstown Ohio. Pinnacle Health Concepts specializes in vestibular disorders, pelvic floor dysfunction, and vertigo, in addition to things more commonly thought of as physical therapy, like accident and surgery recovery.

Meet the Business Owner

Jean M.

Business Owner

Jean earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education with her Master of Science in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania; she furthered her education at West Chester University attending the core curriculum in Athletic Training and then became a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer. Jean then attended Howard University of Washington DC obtaining her professional degree in Physical Therapy.

Jean especially enjoys the challenge of treating acute and chronic back pain as she experienced a severe back injury early on in her career. She realizes the pain and agony of spinal dysfunction and uses her self treatment protocol in her private practice facility to treat her patients. This learning ‘on the job’ experience with her back injury has allowed Jean to earn a solid reputation as a back care specialist within her medical community.
