4ever Young Institute is dedicated to revitalizing your body and spirit with proven anti-​aging solutions. Our treatment plans are customized based on each individuals’ concerns and needs. We are conveniently located in Boca Raton, in the Medplex building behind Town Center Mall.

Our practice uses the technology and medical science of the 21st century to optimize wellness and find the roots of disease, particularly the chronic conditions that are only treated symptomatically by mainstream medicine.

We are not focused on just symptoms, but finding the cause of the illness and repairing them. Our patients are seeking help with issues such as healthy aging, bioidentical hormone replacement, menopause, andropause, weight loss, expert nutritional testing and guidance, diagnosis and treatment of chronic illness, detoxification, and aesthetic services.

Our Vision

No one can stop getting older, but can we look and feel much younger than our age? Live a longer, healthier life? By applying recent advances from biomedical research, it is possible to slow the rate of the aging process, and even slow and reverse some of the effects of aging.

Aging is the result of cumulative cellular damage that begins to occur from the moment of conception. As you reach physical and sexual maturity, the cumulative rate of damage increases in speed and intensity. The longer you wait to attack your rate of aging the harder it is to get it under control and the harder it is to reverse its effects.

4Ever Young’s goal is to effectively slow down and reverse the effects of the aging process as well as enhancing vitality and boosting longevity.

Started coming here for testosterone and was skeptical at first. But the results have been amazing. I got my life back. I went in for a Botox special from Groupon. Let me begin by saying I’ve been getting botox for years and years… Unfortunately I came to the conclusion that they definitely DILUTE the botox here. When the price is «too good to be true» — well, I should have known… I looked «good» for about 6 weeks and now it’s been 8 weeks and the results are completely gone. Normally botox lasts 5 – 6 months, this lasted 6 weeks. Very disappointed with this less than mediocre level of quality control.

I can’t even give one star. This was a horrible experience getting Botox. I left looking like bee stings on my fore head and iced it for two days. I have gotten Botox for the past 6 years and this never happened. Now it is one month later and the Botox is already wearing out on my forehead, this tells me that they did not give me pure Botox but may have added something to it that gave me that allergic reaction. I guess you pay for what you get. Please don’t go there.

I was referred to 4Ever Young MedSpa by a friend who encouraged me to try their Vitamin IV Therapy. Wonderful treatment! I needed the extra energy that the IV treatment provided. It’s a great modern space, friendly and professional staff that customise treatments to your specific needs. I’ll definitely be back. Just made another appointment for Sermorelin treatment. I started going to 4ever Young a few months ago and have had really good results so far. Everyone I spoke with has been helpful and professional. It’s a nice, clean, modern facility which is important to me. They were able to listen to my goals and help craft a regimen to suit and support me. I had a lot of follow up questions and have gotten immediate responses to all of them. A friend of mine recommended them to me and even though they are a bit out of the way for me, I’m glad I made the drive. It has been well worth it.

Do not go here. I went for a first round for eyes and between my brows. Although she put some between my brows, it didn’t make any difference. I’ve been getting botox for 7 years. I’ve never had a problem getting that area done. It’s pretty much the easiest area. Her technique was completely different than any other doctor I’ve ever used. I went in for a touch up because the between brow area was unchanged after 10 days. She agreed I needed a touch up. She touched me up. Again, I’ve been getting botox 4 times a year for 7 years. She put so little in there and dripped a ton. Now my forehead is just a little swirly. The brow area still moves like normal. But above the brow, where she put botox in areas that I’ve never had done before nor did I ask to have done, it looks like a a cinnamon roll. Do not go here. When I explained and showed the front desk person (who has clearly had a lot of bad botox), she told me it was all impossible.
1. They are not good at it. 2. I really think they are diluting it. 3. She dripped it all over the place so I got about 2⁄3 of what I paid for. Stay away.
