Great first experience, place recommended by a neighbor. I needed my minivan fixed quickly and Drew got the job done and at the best price. I was impressed he spoke to me directly about the issue and he checked my van overall for any other problems. He is an honest and knowledgeable guy. His assistant Lena is supersweet and personable. Clean, smoke free office too!

Drew is an Honest, and knowledgeable mechanic. He will make a recommendation, and if you have a very tight budget, he told me the bare minimum I needed to get my car back on the road, and then I know what I Should have repaired going forward.
I like knowing he is ASC Certified and doing the work himself.
Very nice guy, nice staff.

I’ve taken my 2009 Ford Escape to Absolute Automotive twice now and had exceptional service both times. Drew is very knowledgeable and customer-​focused. He clearly explains what’s going on and his prices can’t be beat. I brought my car in for a brake issue after I got the runaround from the dealer. He looked it over, test drove it with me, advised me on some other things I may need to fix in the future, but didn’t charge me for the his time since he found nothing wrong. The dealer would have never done that. Drew is honest and when you make an apt, he keeps the appt. Don’t go anywhere else!

Mannnnn that was the smoothest transaction and service that I have ever received on my car. Dropped it off in the a.m. and was given a timely update as far as what needed to be done. Provided urgency levels of the various issues that I had with my Mini Cooper and great rates for the service themselves. I would highly recommend this shop and even though I hope I don’t have to go back often I will certainly make an appt when that time comes again.

Came in for an oil change and was a flawless experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 and they were ready to go even when I showed up 15 minutes early. After the oil change their associate, Andrew, added a $ 10 off my next service over $ 60 at tire kingdom. Couldn’t have had better service anywhere around.

The owner, Drew, is probably one of the most awesome mechanics I have ever met. He is honest about what work could wait & what work needs to be done NOW for safety. He did us a favor and gave us a timeline on when we should get specific work done on our cars. He is super professional, honest, efficient and we’ve noticed a big difference on how the cars run after service. We are relocating and we are so sad we can’t take Drew with us lol. We wish there were more mechanics like him.

Drew was great, diagnosed problem quickly, gave quote, repaired quickly and price was as was quoted. Switched to AAA+ to make sure that if I breakdown again I would be able to be towed here.

Drew and his team are amazing! Drew ordered the part necessary to fix my mirror and had my car fixed the next day (within 15 minutes of my arrival). His prices are reasonable, and he is a friendly guy. I am so happy that I found Absolute Automotive and will be using them again.

Had a groupon for a synthetic oil change and also had a slow leak in one of my tires that I needed fixed. I chose this place because of all the positive reviews online, and they were all accurate. Drew is great; honest, no BS, and half the wait of the big chain automotive places. Will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

I just found my new mechanic. Bought a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and it was one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had at a mechanic. It was a completely zero pressure environment. The owner seems very knowledgeable and couldn’t be friendlier.

Awesome experience at absolute auto. My car broke down about an hour from home and the shops that I know. I took a gamble with the closest shop (not that I had a choice with my car only running on 2cylinders) and was glad I did. They were super friendly and fit me in immediately. They even were willing to work with me on the price which I really appreciated since being stranded they could have easily taken me for a ride. I highly recommend this shop

I brought my Audi A4 2009 to get serviced and get an oil change, get new windshield wipers, and get my tires looked at. Drew was honest and reliable. My car was done when he said it would be and the price was $ 79 for the oil change and service and $ 79 for the windshield wipers– no extra charges! After my Audi care plan was done at 45,000 miles, they wanted to charge me $ 700 for service, wow, that’s crazy! So I came to Absolute and Drew did a fabulous job taking care of my Audi!

Absolute Automotive is a great auto repair place to bring your car for service and maintenance. Having lived in Massachusetts, New York and Florida, they’re one of the best auto repair places I have brought my car for maintenance and upkeep.
I discovered Absolute through a search on Google after growing fed up with the treatment I received at Nissan where I was servicing my Altima coupe. Having not wanted to go to a franchise like Tires Plus or Firestone, I looked for a «Mom and Pop» kind of place that had a good reputation.
Having just bought and installed tires for my car, I realized I needed them high-​speed balanced, and went to Absolute on September 19^th. They took excellent care of my car at a great price — balancing all four tires and removing an embedded nail that I didn’t realize was in one of them, patching it up for me.
As a result of their excellent service, I have made Absolute Automotive my new auto repair vendor for all my future maintenance and upkeep. Definitely give them a chance. You won’t feel like a fool sitting in a DMV line like you would at Jiffy Lube or any other franchise. You will feel like your needs and those of your car matter.
