Winfield Clamens brings unique experience to AC&R SOLUTIONS He started in 1970 at Carrier® International Trinidad working many years in the field coming up through the ranks In 1974 he founded his first company Caribbean Marine Technical Services, which provided air conditioning and refrigeration services to offshore oil rigs, and the shipping industry, including maintenance of refrigeration containers for transshipments and the Trinidad and Tobago domestic market. In 1982, he established his second company, Clamens & Associates Co as the first pure air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and spare parts sales supply center in Trinidad and Tobago. The company also provided technical and management training to the small and medium air conditioning and refrigeration companies as part of a development program for the industry Winfield Clamens is also the principle founder of the Air Condition & Refrigeration Industry Association the government appointed Industry Training Organization
