By far the nicest place I’ve been to for fittings. The place is well kept and clean! The owner is very professional and well dressed. Offers many different alterations. Jeans can have regular hems or original hem, which keeps the design or finish of the original hem. She fits dresses, suits, pants, and coats as well as just about anything else. Highly recommended!

What do you do when you are away from home, on a Saturday, you have a wedding to attend in five hours you and just found out you need to wear an evening gown (which you do not own)? Well, once you finish panicking and shopping frantically for a gown… you turn desperately to Unilocal to find someone to alter your dress in short order. And, Unilocal,thank you for never failing me!
Adriana’s Tailoring was number one on the list and so highly reviewed. Even so, we never believed it would be possible for us to get it done in time. We called and asked if she could do the impossible and she said «come on in». She treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness and told us she could have it done in a couple of hours. We went down the street and had some lunch to kill time but by the time we were done she was calling us to come back.
Not only did she charge us a fair rush fee (considering the circumstances she could have charged us anything), but she did an amazing job! You would’ve thought that the gown was tailor-​made for me.
Her prices are fair and reasonable. Her attention to detail and the pride she obviously takes in her work are remarkable. Her professionalism and accommodating nature make her stand out even more than the quality of her work.
We live in Miami and whenever we need any alterations or tailoring, we do not hesitate to make the drive up to Adriana’s Tailoring. We’ve also recently discovered that she has an amazing knack for design and upholstery and cannot wait to have a chance to put that portion of her talent to use.
We have highly recommended Adriana to everyone we know in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and I have only the highest praise for her and her work… And it doesn’t hurt that she has a beautiful name too!

I brought my wedding dress here. 4 fittings later, I found a quarter sized hole in my dress on the night before my wedding. Thankfully, my sister and mom found the hole and fixed it before I knew at the time. The service was good — everyone was very nice. Except on my first fitting, the person who took my measurements and there was a lack of communication between her and the seamstress. Therefore I was brought back in two more times. I don’t mind being thorough. I mind 4 fittings and a hole that I couldn’t see. I’ve learned to really, really examine the services I pay for — now! All in all — a good experience and great location.

The place is very clean and nice. However i find them expensive. I had two dresses where the shoulders had to be taken up and a skirt taken in. One of the dresses i also asked for a zipper to be put in the side. $ 140 later i go to pick up my items and they forgot to put the zipper in. I will not visist again.

FOR THE FIRST TIME, Unilocal STEERED ME IN THE WRONG DIRECTION!
Should have taken a hint, when they weren’t open on time last Saturday morning when we wanted to stop in a get some pants hemmed… Walked all around the building and even met with one of the tailors in the back of building who was waiting to be let in by Adriana… She said Adriana was at home eating breakfast…(???)
Another disgruntled customer waited for 30 minutes to pick up her clothes, left a note for Adriana on her door, and then left. We finally returned later in the day and were kindly greeted by Adriana. However, as my lady friend went on to try on her pants to get pinned up, Adriana took a phone call and continued to pin the pants while speaking to another customer on the phone. She made no attempt to confirm that the length was acceptable or that my girlfriend was happy with the way they looked. Instead, she assumed that it was fine, finished pinning, and without even the slightest bit of eye contact, walked back around to the back of the counter to continue her phone call. We had to ask whether it was okay to put on the second pair of pants, as we weren’t sure what was going on… NO Communication at this point.
The second pair of pants were treated in the same manner. Adriana talking on the phone, pinning the pants, finishing, and walking away. Completely disrespectful of our time and our money… No idea how she has such good reviews, unless everyone leaving the reviews on here, are her friends!
But wait… it gets better (or should I say worse)? — we had originally asked for the pants to be ready by Friday, but after realizing we needed them sooner, I politely called and asked if they could be made ready for Thursday, instead. I was informed that the pants had actually already been completed… (REALLY? THEN WHY WOULDN’T YOU GIVE US A CALL TO LET US KNOW? YOU JUST WANTED TO HOLD ON TO THE PANTS UNTIL FRIDAY)??
Thankfully we went and got them on Thursday, because the job they had done was TERRIBLE. The pants were too short and the pant legs were completely uneven. When we addressed this with Adriana, she actually turned around and told me girlfriend, «Oh, its because of your body…» — you’re joking me, right? They finally agreed that they pants were not done correctly and said to give them another 30 minutes while they re-​did them.
As we were trying to figure what to do, another stereotypical «Boca» guy walks in and its like we don’t exist. All of the attention was on him and our «little» hemming issue was nothing compared to this gentleman’s needs and wants!
Needless to say, we will never be returning to this business due to lack of customer service, exorbitant prices, and genuine lack of regard for customer’s happiness. After paying $ 32 for 30 minutes of your staff’s time I definitely expect MUCH more.
And I know its Adriana’s staff that does all the hard-​work because they show up to work on time, were the ones who really fixed the issues we had, and quite frankly Adriana’s French manicure wouldn’t last five minutes under a sewing machine…

I met Adriana over 10 years ago when I needed a simple pair of jeans taken in and maybe hemmed. I am a curvy girl who is also short so noting fits me off the rack, but Adriana tailors everything like it was made for my body!
She has also made me custom bedding, unique custom chair covers and everything came out perfect!
Now, Adriana is making my Wedding Dress CUSTOM! I showed her the designs I loved and with her expertise, it is coming along absolutely amazingly!!! I’m getting married at the end of this month and cannot wait to see the finished dress and wow my soon to be husband!!!
I recommend Adriana to everyone I know!!!

The 2 most important element of a man’s suit are tayloring and quality of the fabric.
I spent literally thousands of dollars on custom made suits. The problem with my previous taylor was candidly, incompetence.
He let me walk out the door with a suit that did not fit like it should. I would wear it 1 or twice and bring it back to have another crappy job done. The point is this:
I AM NOT A TAYLOR. WHY DO I HAVE TO POINT OUT WHATS IS OBVIOUS? THIS IS THE REASON I WENT TO THIS GUY IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE PROFESSIONAL!
Enter the good folks of Adrianna’s Tayloring. From the moment I met them, they instantly saw what needed to be done. They took their time. They made certain when I went to pick it up that it fit. They found things and suggested what needed to be done to make it fit correctly. THEY DID THIS THE FIRST TIME.
I recommend these people 100%. If you are a guy who needs tayloring see these folks.
This is the closest thing to London tailoring that I have experienced in Florida. A mans suit needs to fit. This is the only shop I have come across locally that seems to understand this basic concept. They are reasonably priced, extremely competent and offer a fast turn around. Don’t waste time with anyone else.

I just felt like I was in the hands of professionals. Adrianna is great, and runs the show. Things were done well, on time, and at a reasonable price.
Best thing is, I feel as if I finally have a tailor.

Excellent tailor! Very professional and friendly! This isn’t your typical sweatshop stinky alteration shop. Adriana’s place is very clean which tells me they take pride in their work. They were very prompt with my requests and did it perfectly! I will definitely recommend.
This is the place to go for your tailoring needs on items that are very special or expensive. They’ll do it all, but when you need something done to perfection and done right the first time, GO HERE!

Adriana did a beautiful job on my wedding dress. She really enjoys doing what she does and has a passion for it. My wedding dress fit perfect and she made a gorgeous custom bustle on my dress. Price was fair as well. I will be back to see Adriana for all my tailoring needs.

Wonderful alterations! Adriana and her staff are truly talented! I have had them work on everything from a hem on a pair of jeans to a Valentino Gown which was altered to fit me as if it were made for me. I now have her doing my wedding dress alterations which we are doing in steps. She is so thorough and detail oriented. Her staff is great with rush orders when necessary and her new location’s door to the old one) is sooooo beautiful. Its actually a a nice place to go to rather than some of those uncomfortable bare walls alterations studios. She is also a go to for tapestries! I cant believe what she can do. If you have giant windows and need a custom window treatment she is fantastic. All around amazing talent and beautiful store!
