DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
This stupid place states they have things when all other place were sold out. When you bought it you will find you need to wait 2 weeks for your purchase to be shipped. After 2 weeks they will fking wrote email to you and tell you sorry they don’t have the item in stockade you have to wait longer!!!
Very bad attitude this Sandra. They don’t feel sorry about anything. Wish someone burns this stupid place!

This store sucks. The owner rips off his vendors by not paying them. Says he isn’t afraid of collection agents and attorneys. If you do go in I would suggest you shoplift. Or write a check and cancel it. Artie the owner, most people would call you a LOSER but your wife seems to be in on the gig too.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I never write bad reviews about anyone, but this place is awful. I ordered 2 jewelry boxes as presents for my neices. I searched high and low for these jewelry boxes, but every website said they were sold out or back ordered. This site said it had them in stock. I looked at their policies, and it says
«Please note, orders may take 1 business day to process.»
Based on this and the 5 – 7 business days for shipping, I would have them in time to get them engraved for Christmas.
I get an email a couple of hours after I placed the order, and it says my items will ship in 4 – 7 business days, which is contradictory to the 1 business day to process. I emailed to inquire about this, and this is the response I get.
«Hi,
Sorry the site says it MAY take 1 business day to process. This item has been on back order at Lenox for some time and I will have it in about 7 business days to ship out since orders are filled in the order we get them. I cannot guarantee that you will have it by ¹²⁄₂₁.

Now I don’t know about you, but that line about it may take 1 business day to process leads me to believe it could take less, but not more. Common sense.
Then I called to ask about this again, and asked why they didn’t tell me they didn’t have any in stock when I order it, as this was the only reason I came to their site. The woman responded with
«That’s not how our website works.»
The woman I spoke with was so rude, it was ridiculous. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I told her I needed it by Christmas at least, and I could get it engraved later, but she said «I can’t do that, what amd I supposed to do about it»
I then said when you receive it, because I was mislead quite a bit, please expedite the shipping to me, to get it here for Christmas. She then asked me if I was going to pay for that, and I said no, it was not my mistake it was theirs. She said «Well I’m not going to pay for that. It’s just how our site works.»
When I asked for a manager, she said she didn’t have a manager, she was the owner of the company. When I asked if this is seriously how she runs her business, there was silence on the line.
Eventually I canceled my order. I work in customer service, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They did nothing to even help, not once did she apologize to me. I will never ever even consider using this site again, and I highly recommend you don’t use it either.
