I have never gotten such horrible service anywhere. You’d think Bloomingdales employees would be trained to treat each customer with respect but apparently that’s not the case. I went in to exchange my NARS powder and the woman at the counter just chatted and chatted and chatted with another employee. I’m honesty surprised someone was even at the counter this time, the first time I had to wait and go look for an employee to help. When I initiated that I needed help, I told her right away that I needed to get a slightly darker tone. All she did was throw out the tone name. She didn’t walk around the counter to help me, she didn’t ask me to take a seat so she could match my skin tone. She just blurted out the name of a shade that was about 4 times darker than me. I know I’m tan, but seriously?! After I traded in my powder with a tone I chose myself, she didn’t even put my purchase in a bag. She just handed me the powder box. Maybe I’m just used to getting exceptional service at Nordstrom. Never returning again.

Ugh. Jennifer the senior manager was supposed to call me — of course it never happened. She has a very nasty attitude to people– only smiling and nice when you’re buying. Why would you buy from Bloomingdales when you have Nordstrom or Saks in the mall? Very disappointed — it’s like Macys in a different packaging(it’s actually the same company). Will not recommend or go back there.

Beautiful store in the upscale Town Center Mall in Boca Raton. I enjoy going there, but I must admit I usually wait for their sales before doing any serious shopping. Recently I went to a fashion show on the second floor. They had chairs set up on both sides of the runway. A DJ was spinning music. Clyde and I sat down and waited for the parade of fashions. The show was short, but I loved the styles. Everything was casual and attractive. They showed lots of denim, and everything could be worn by someone who wasn’t an extra small. Before and after the show servers came around with champagne and ice water. I opted for the Champaign, which was very good. They also brought around trays of small hors d’oeuvres, which were delicious. There’s plenty of free parking and the mall has free WI-FI.

Great store. My favorite of all Bloomingdales in the USA! Great affordable sales if you like last season stuff and great employees. Loyallists points help. Stop by third floor for lunch and iced water. I especially like their tuna. The home department is my favorite. Greg is the All Clad specialist and he is great!
