I came in with questions about an off brand poulan 18 inch chain saw. My fuel lines are corroded and the saw is bogging out. The rep gave me fuel lines for free, and told me the diaphragm in the carb is most likely failing. He sugggested I buy a new carb online for $ 27 dollars. I feel like most places would require a look at the saw and then charge for the estimate. Excellent service and advice. If I ever need to purcahse or need a repair done out of my scope I would come back to this store.

I visited BSE and spoke with Tony. I thought I was going in to purchase my lawnmower off the shelf or in a box and take it home. To my surprise Tony spent time with me showing me all the features of the mowers. Once I made a selection he wrote me up and then demonstrated both the mower and the trimmer. He had me operate them to make sure I knew how. The mower was gassed and oil added. What a great experience. I left feeling good about my purchase and have no doubt that if I need service this is the place to go. Great Job Tony-​Thank you!

Very Professional Business. One walk in the door and look around, talk to the staff and you can tell for yourself. This is where the commercial folks go of which I am not.

I was referred to Boca Raton Small Engines for a warranty repair. They tried to talk me out it. Very negative staff. I will never buy anything from this lousy business.

I had problems finding a good place to repair my lawnmower when Normans in Delray beach burnt to the ground. There are repair shops closer to me where I live in Delray now but I think its worth the drive. I think I get lower repair prices and better service than the lawnmower repair shop out west that is closer to my home. I have an old Scag 36inch mower that has seen better days.
