Cache Cleaners – 2

Great service! I left 10 shirts, 6 pants and a jacket on a Friday and they were all ready by next Wednesday. Such a great services quality. Perfect starch and well cleaned up! I highly recommend! Jennifer was very kind as well. My wife doesn’t speak English and we’ve discovered that Jennifer speaks Portuguese. That definitely helped. :-)

RUDE _​RUDE _​RUDE
I brought 2 pair of shorts in and asked to have the holes fixed. BEFORE any work was done — I request a phone call to let me know how much it would cost. Several days later I went to pick up shirts and the woman at the desk also had the shorts repaired. She wanted to charge me $ 27.00 for each pair of shorts. $ 54 to sew up two little holes !!!
I was not happy — I asked why she didn’t call me? She forgot… She offered to give me 50% off because she realized it was her mistake. I told her that they should be free — that is when she turned NASTY. I will never return to this store in the Polo Shoppes.
I recommend that anyone else who else clothes to dry clean or to be altered find another place to bring your clothes.
