Very BAD place to take the dogs and work there, the place smell very bad she doesn’t clean, she doesn’t do anything Cheryl is a very cheap women she doesn’t like to pay to the groomers she doesn’t care for the dogs, she take advantage of people and employes, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything.

I love taking my Pomeranian to get groomed here! My pom has very thick and long fur and it’s difficult to find a groomer who is skilled enough to give her a good cut. She gets the Boo cut every time and gets so many compliments. My dog is happy and walks out feeling like a diva every time she gets a fresh cut from Club Bow Wow. The owner is very sweet and always accommodates my schedule.

Wow what a difference a staff change and some time makes at this place. Took all my business away and two of my three dogs ended up at the emergency vet’s while under their care!
Thankfully they are all right now but in a matter of a couple months one of my dogs had another dog bite the tip of his ear off literally the tip of his year is gone now. And Cheryl stuck me with the vet bill on top of the boarding bill. Isn’t that what their insurances for? And isn’t that why they are supposed to have people watching the dogs of stuff like this doesn’t happen! The second time I was out of town and received a call that my little girl had a GASH in her neck which required Staples. Not only were they in no hurry to get her to the vet but the vet called me and said they were not comfortable releasing her back into their care! The vet said Cheryl seemed more concerned over her time being interrupted and the financial aspect of it rather than concerned for my dog who is getting staples in her neck. I’m not kidding you my vet literally said they did not want to release my little girl back into their custody.
I no longer bring any of my dogs there however as a longtime clients and what I thought friends I expected Cheryl to reach out to me. Never! I’ve been with them for years spent thousands upon thousands of dollars and referred many clients and she’s never even called to see how the dogs were after they were injured under her businesses care! All done with this place very disappointed and hurt
