I have been in my house seven years so when my airconditioner stopped running I did not know who to call. A friend who lives in Woodlands CC recommended D & M Services. I told her that I could not afford a fancy company that charges a premium. She said they are just the opposite not frills very competitive prices. I was sceptical. Well, they came out the next day (would have come out that evening but I had already planned to stay at a freinds house). They said they would be at my house between 10 – 11 and they would can approx 30 minutes before arriving. They called at about 10:15 and were there a little after 10:30. They were very professional even wore foot coverings over their shoes. Indeed I had an old AC unit and it needed replacing. they quoted me a price and said they could replace it as early as the next day. After they left I made several calls to other AC companies two quoted me a higher prices and another quoted almost the same but could not garauntee the price even though I gave them the specifics of my air conditioner. Well, long story short I am very happy with my AC unit I have cold air! I would definitly recommend these guys. They seemed honest and were pleasent to work with.
