I have been to this facility and the other locations multiple times over the past several years for different tests and every time I go, I am treated well. The most recent visit, I was contacted to confirm my appointment as well as I was given specific prep instructions and the staff that called me was thorough and able to answer my questions. The center had a nice coffee machine in the lobby and the place was clean. And as a bonus they were playing Fox News in the lobby.

What a beautiful place with the latest technology and same day appointments. Huge plus is there 3D mammogram machine that I know is highly more affective in spotting breast cancer than the old models. They have cold water, sodas, espresso machine in the waiting room. Friendly staff. They give you your xrays on a cd if you want. Great experience all and all!

This center is amazing! Each and every staff member I came in contact with was welcoming, helpful and professional. My doctor told me that they have super high end equipment compared to most other facilities so why would I ever go anywhere else! My whole family has used this facility for imaging and we each had the same type of opinion. Thanks DCA-​Boca

I was recommended to DCA and couldn’t be more happy. From the moment I entered to be greeted with smiles. To the intake, which was so professional. I was offered water, coffee. I felt so important.
I was seated at the procedure waiting room and right away I was greeted by technicians and the Dr. I was so at ease.
The test was thoroughly explained.
I don’t live close but would not go anyplace else if I needed testing done.

This place was phenomenal. I moved from Broward County and was given a recommendation by a close friend for this Diagnostic Center up here in Boca. I was a number at the Center I went to in Broward. The place I went to in Broward was a huge place, and I had to wait «forever». Going to DCA was worth the move (I still haven’t changed my Primary Care Doctor), but this was a change that I am so glad I made. I was in and out in «record» time, the staff was very courteous, and this facility is so CLEAN and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. Yes I arrived 15 min. BEFORE my appointment time, and I had ALL my needed paperwork .The experience I received was AAA+++. Couldn’t be happier with DCA. Added «plus» was they offer complimentary coffee, water, and soda in their lobby — NO where have I ever seen this! The service and being made to feel comfortable is outstanding. Technician seemed knowledgeable and was very efficient. LOVE, LOVE, this place (just hope I don’t have to visit it too often!).

This place is situated right next to an extended stay hotel, which is a very unexpected location. Nonetheless, it is easy to spot from Glades Road and easy to get to.
When you walk in you will see a very nice, well maintained waiting room. There are two people at the check in desk. They collect your ID and insurance card, and give you a clipboard of forms to fill out. Here comes the tricky part. They call your name and call a number. If it is your first time here, you have no idea what to do. What you are supposed to do is walk up to the station with the number they called for you. There are 7 stations. Oddly enough, station 1 is to the extreme right and 7 to the extreme left. Opposite of what you might think. Once at your designated again you will get your ID and insurance card back. Then you hand in your forms and make your copay. They will send you to the rear waiting area which is also very nice.
A technician will retrieve you from the rear waiting area and physically prep you for your test while giving you details of the procedure. Once you are ready for the test, the technician double checks a few of your answers on the forms, then let’s you ask questions. A doctor comes in with more details of the procedure and let’s you ask questions.
The system they have in place to get people from check in through the procedure is amazingly efficient and easy.
I wish I remembered the names of the 3 technicians I dealt with, they were great. I feel like i need to stop back in to get their names so I can give them a shout out in an updated review.
The technicians are so nice, well informed and clearly knowledgeable. A very top notch group. The front desk staff are very efficient and make the process so easy.
I have to say that the first time I came here there was an issue with my Rx/​Insurance so the test could not be run. This was no fault of this facility. They were unable to reach my doctor via phone, even after 3 or 4 attempts to correct the situation. The office manager promptly came out to get my copay refunded, apologized for the problem (even though not their fault) and said once they are in touch with doctor they will reschedule me. I received a call from them the next day and got my new appointment scheduled.
What really great customer service. Really can’t ask for anything better. I have no idea why I see bad reviews of this place on Unilocal.
This is the place to come if you need a test.

Incompetent, miserable, rude, administrative staff. I am sure that they have lost 2 or 3 prescriptions for procedures, of course they SAY that my doctor’s office never sent them. Wait time upon arrival (in lobby) is at least an hour. Last time it was two hours because they said my doctor’s office didn’t send the prescription.
The doctors and nurses are are satisfactory in terms of their competence/​credibility, but the place isn’t worth all of the hassle.

The morning of my test they called and canceled because their machine was down. I finally had to call them to reschedule. When I arrived for the second appointment they do not do that test on that day so I had to reschedule again.
Last year they did not read my prescription correctly and overcharged me. Fortunately I caught their error while there, had the correct test and got the bill corrected.
Do not put yourself through the agrevation of dealing with this office, go elsewhere.

I have been waiting here for over two hours and they lost my script for the CT scan I need. The workers are extremely incompetent.

Worse customer service never will come back here, called me to make an appointment told me I can walk in for a chest X-​ray, waited 60 mins took everyone else didn’t even try to apologize, requested my cards back, refused to give them to me, held my cards hostage… never again

Went to the Delray Beach location. Very modern, relaxing and efficient.
Everything and everyone was fine at the visit where I was having a bone density test and an MRI for lower back. The *open* MRI machine (being my first time, and being slightly claustrophobic) was comfortable and you can see through the wide donut tunnel ahead of you. You can also perceive some light from the top of your head. The inside of the donut tunnel is large and roomy on both sides as well as overhead. It is not a tube. You will not be scared or anxious. The test was fast.
The whole appointment of two tests went fast. I was in and out as quickly as one can hope for!

I have had to have medical imaging several times a year for over 4 years at many different hospitals and centers like this one and this was the very worse experience I have ever had.
I would give them NO STARS if I could. From the nasty receptionists and arrogant medical paperwork person to the Super Nasty Arrogant Check out person I really could not believe why these people have jobs especially dealing with people with medical problems. The technician
who performed the test was cool but pleasant so she was not the problem. All the people who called about my appointment to check insurance and give instructions were short and obnoxious also with no complete instructions and unwilling to give better instructions regarding prep for the exam when questions asked. I even now question the validity of the test results.
I will never under any circumstances refer anyone to this place and I will tell all my doctors to not refer to this place ever again unless they want their patients to have a terrible experience.

We have been waiting over an hour for a scheduled appt and more and more patients keep walking through the door. I have never seen an office this disorganized. What should be a 30 minute test is going to over 2 hours. If I ever need another MRI I will request a different imaging center.

My PCP faxed over a referral for my annual mammogram and they contacted me directly within 24 hours to schedule my appointment. The day before my appointment they called me to verify my insurance info as they were unable to confirm my eligibility. Turns out my health insurance company had a glitch in the system. I had to reschedule. It took over a week to get it fixed. My appointment went well. No delays. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The following day I dropped off my images for my mammogram from last year so they can do a comparison. They will read it and send results/​conclusions to my PCP.
The staff were friendly and professional. The place is very clean.
