Business Owner

Nina Segura Founder of Metaspire Consulting and Creator of Super Teams and Business Coaching on Demand is the daughter of a WWII Veteran and was raised by a single mother. Although she began with little wealth, she founded Metaspire and took it from start-​up to millions of dollars in sales in just 5 years. She is a sought after nurturing, yet no nonsense Coach and Trainer.

For over seventeen years, Nina ascended the ladder at the American Express Company, where she received numerous awards for successful quality. In 2005, ultimately deciding to leave Amex, she started Metaspire. The only holistic consulting company with an interdisciplinary approach to performance improvement.
