Well, it started out well. I had an introductory course (which was fun), got a bunch of my questions answered and was told by the instructor that I would receive a follow up phone call by the next day.
However, no follow up next day. I called up planet ballroom to speak with the instructor about the class package and was told by the receptionist that she would deliver my message… And I still didn’t get a call back. Kind of felt like I was being intentionally ignored.
It pretty much just ruined my dance plans for the week, which I was really excited about. So yeah, it just seemed a little rude and unprofessional.

Going back for more lessons myself and would definitely recommend.
