THE WORST-​My Mother hired platinum agency for over 2 years. She didn’t know she could change agencies. They sent my Mother people that had came in the office-​one time no screening. Came from other countries. She tried one nurse after another hoping to find a competent aide. Aides they sent her: fell asleep while working, texted and talked on their phone the whole time, came in poorly dressed, unhelpful. They would drive my Mother to the mall & they would be asleep in their car. Often, she could not find them to get a ride home. They would be busy getting their make up done in the stores. They sent one aide that was 81 years old to help her almost her age. Save your family stress by not hiring their nurses. This has brought more stress to our family for our Mother was not taken care of by their nurses. She kept forgiving and kept trying new people hoping for a competent aide. Please save your parents from this stress and yourself!
