History
Established in 2001.
Chef Andrew Bennardo is a descendant from a long line of restaurant owners, dating back to the early 1900’s, when his great grandfather emigrated to the United States from Avellino, Italy and opened an Italian deli/grocery store in New York.
Inspired by his «old style» way, it has been Chef Andy’s mission to carry on his great grandfather’s legacy into today’s food industry.
Chef Andy is a graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institure of America (Hyde Park, NY). Having worked in some of the nation’s finest restaurants, he is pleased to now be serving exceptional food in a relaxed environment, prepared with love, the way his «Nonna» taught him.
You’ll find the atmosphere at Talia’s to be free of pomp and circumstance, void of glitz and glamour — no computers, no cell phones and NO high prices!
