Im giving this place three stars because I felt taken advantage of. I came in with Christmas gifts and asked if they had a box, «yea we do» two packages later they ring me up and charged me $ 11.50 for each box (probably an 11″ x11″ medium sized box) so I ended up paying more in boxes than in actually shipping. Had I been told using their boxes was going to cost me almost $ 25 extra dollars I would’ve gone home and grabbed my own. And maybe I would’ve said okay to the prices but I think that’s a poor way to deal with customers, letting someone know that the boxes you have are extremely marked up is just common courtesy. I was planning on giving this business some printing jobs I have but after this experience I won’t be back or giving them my extra business.
