University Park

The amenities are good and most of the Office Staff are great. However, security is practically a joke and most of the other residents think that they have a maid service, and many complaints fall on deaf ears it seems.

Upark more like Uauschwitz. Place is run like a concentration camp and definitely not a college living space, Security walks around literally 24 hours a day making sure no so called «ruckus „goes on. This includes me and my friends sitting outside of my apartment talking. We were told that we were not allowed to do this and security threatened to call the police for „loitering“. The management consists of a female manager who never seems to be present and her assistant John. John seems like a nice enough character until you realize he is one of the biggest creepers in the world. I dont know where he comes from, but where i am from it is not socially acceptable for a man i his mid to late 30’s to jog around the complex daily with no shirt on and booty shorts (2“ above his waste). Maybe its cool for an older manager who is suppose to be in charge to hit on every college kid he encounters in his world, but it mine its just plain creepy. He is also, to put it nicely a coward. Hence why my refrigerator or A. C never worked, because he was ‘working on it». Maybe if you actually made a call to the maintenance some of these problems would be fixed. Overall Upark is one of the weirdest places i have ever been not just lived in. A bunch of college kids who are restricted to rules more strict than a Mormon elementary school. Wish a never moved here and paid 4 times the price of the surrounding properties, where i wouldnt have been harassed on a daily basis.
