Woof Gang Bakery – Boca Raton

I am a snow bird in Florida and I needed a groomer for my 13 yr old Jasmin. I thought the staff was terrific. They followed my instructions perfectly– leave her snout full etc.
I will use them again before we go north in April.

So happy to call Woof Gang Bakery, Vet and Grooming our exclusive provider for our sweet Max. It’s a one stop shop for everything we need. Dr. Wander is gentle and kind during Max’s checkups. I never feel rushed and he takes time to answer all my questions. The ladies have sweet little names for my baby boy and he’s always happy to see them. And the treats there are all natural and I always feel better giving him one of their fresh baked, homemade goodies. For grooming, Carla always listens to my requests and takes the time to get it just right. Even though we have moved we will continue to make the drive because for us it’s important to always have that personal feel like the one you get at Woof Gang. They make us feel like family.

I went to get a birthday cake for my pup and was not happy. The price for it was outrageous. They sold me a small, frozen dog cake that looked like it was sitting in their freezer for months. The icing was cracked and it smelled like it was freezer burnt. The lady told me she would give me 10% off. But the cake was 34 $! It was so small! No thanks. I’ll bake my own cake next time, was NOT happy.

I have been taking my 14 year old, 3 legged Wheaton Terrier to be groomed here for over a year and am always thrilled with how kind, patient and professional the staff is. Carla always sends her home looking beautiful. I would trust anyone there with my girl!

I thought this was going to be a nice place to get my dog washed. I found cuts and dried up blood all in between his paws the next day. No one said anything about him cutting himself during his grooming. What worries me is that they never said anything of this to me when I picked him up. I don’t like when shady people refuse to release information, I won’t be returning here and if you care about your dogs health I wouldn’t go here either. So appalled to see my little boy hurt and they couldn’t even inform me of what happened so I can watch him, and help him heal. instead they rather him walk on two bloody paws and potentially get sick or hurt worse. Horrible business not returning here. Hard to believe they have a «vet» on staff, clearly bloody paws are not normal, so who in there right mind would think that’s ok to just let that breeze by and not even tell the owner about.

Love this place, great variety of stock from pet foods of all kinds that are not made with garbage ingredients to all natural baked treats for your dogs that are so much different than the big box name pet stores including frozen raw and dehydrated foods. Woofgang Bakery, grooming & Vet Clinic is a fun place to shop with great service either in the retail side of the shop or the vet clinic side. There is a big selection of pet beds, pet carriages, toys, leashes, collars even pet clothing of all different sizes. This place is unique and different in many ways! I love that I can get a unique birthday cake for my dogs (yes a birthday cake for dogs) as well as cookies with dog friendly icing and even sprinkles. For those wanting even more festive things there are party hats and brightly colored party collars too. If your looking for something unique for your pet, a family members pet or a friends that has pets this is the BEST place to find it. You wont be disappointed.

Everything about woof gang in Boca Raton was perfect. From the friendly person over the phone to leaving with a well groomed, happy four legged son– I would go no where else :)
PS– the peanut butter turnovers are my dogs favorite!

From, Bonnie R. Woof Gang Bakery & Groom is a wonderful place for my dog Cody. From Dr. Wander who has a great disposition and gives great medical care and advice. The groomer, Carla is very caring, kind, reliable, and wants the best for your pet. I have a Golden Doodle and I’m very picky about his haircuts and Carla did exactly what I wanted. The staff is also very welcoming and nice. I highly recommend this vet and groomer!!!

Worst experience, my first and last time if you love your dog don’t take your dog there…

The groomer never ends up charging what is quoted and is rude about it to boot… I will never use their doctor or gromer. They act as though they are doing u a favor by grooming your dog

I visited the store for pet food, and got into a conversation with the woman who worked there. She suggested I come in for a complimentary visit with her father, the vet. I was hesitant, but figured it was free so I had nothing to lose. I showed up for my appointment and they were running an hour behind. When I finally got in, I thought that the doctor was nice, but very unprofessional. He asked me about my religion and was yelling at a vet tech. I ended up leaving with antibiotics and a bunch of other medications I did not need. My bill was just under $ 200. They charged me for the visit, even though I was told it was «complimentary». I realized this when I got home, and called. They told me to come in for a refund. I started my dog on the antibiotics and she started throwing up many times the next day. I called Dr. Wander and he told me she may be allergic, but KEEP GIVING IT TO HER! I discontinued the medicine, and called a few days later asking if I could exchange it for a different type that her stomach could handle. No one called me back. I called again, and again, and again, about 7 times in 10 days until I got the owner on the phone. She told me she could not give me my money back even though my dog is allergic and I could not give her the medication. I told her I’m a young girl right out of college, trying to make ends meet. She told me «the cost of having a pet is expensive». She then suggested I pay for ANOTHER visit with her father, and that he would prescribe her another medicine. When my other dog visited Hollywood Animal Hospital, he too, had an allergic reaction to the same antibiotic. They apologized and swapped it out for something more suitable for his size. Woof Gang is full of money-​hungry, unprofessional, rude people. I have never written a negative review before, but felt that everyone in the neighborhood should know what these people are made of. DISGUSTING.

I worked with Barry for over 10 years when he had a veterinary practice in Miami. I had 4 cats at the time and he has been the most compassionate, caring and communicative vet I have ever worked with. Sadly my 4 kitties grew old and they had to go see the big kitty in the sky and Barry helped me through this difficult time. I would recommend him and his team as the best to work with. He has opened the Woolfgang Bakery Grooming and Animal Clinic in Boca and if you love your pet you should introduce them to Barry.
