My goal is to screen, show and smoothly guide you through the home buying process and get you the best deal possible. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and have been working in residential and investment real estate since 2007.

Our team has been active in the Athens area for more than 12 years and focuses on residential sales, investments and property management. With more than 300 collective closings and more than 100 properties leased and managed each year, let us put our experience to work for you!

History

Established in 2007.

Starting as a real estate office assistant, John worked his way up and now specializes in representing buyers with Teresa Hartford Austin & Associates.

I joined the Keller Williams team in June of 2011 and am an active member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS®.

Business Owner

John C. Bowden, a native of Forsyth, GA, joined the Keller Williams family in June of 2011 and has never looked back. Coming from five years with one of central Georgia’s leading residential real estate firms, John entered the Athens market with the knowledge and drive to exceed his clients’ expectations. With more than seven years of experience with residential sales, leasing and property management, John is more than capable of assisting you with all your real estate needs!

John graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2013 with a double B.B.A. in real estate and management. During his time at UGA, he served in numerous leadership and service roles.

In his free time, John enjoys running and exploring new parts of Athens. Some of his favorite spots around town are the tree that owns itself, the Georgia Theatre, and UGA’s North Campus.
