I call for an estimate explaining that I want windows, high hats, and a bathroom tiled. They say no problem and set up an estimate. Employee arrives and says he can give an estimate for the windows but they sub contract out the tile and electric so he cant give an estimate on that. So this appointment was a complete waste of time.
A couple months go by and they call and say they now do all the work themselves. I didnt get the work done yet having decided to wait till spring so I agree to set up an appointment for a new estimate.
Employee arrives and gives estimate on windows but again electric and tile is an issue. Employee is not knowledgeable about the electric and seems unsure of anything. Regarding tile he says he has to bring in a plumber and electrician to remove fixtures. I tell him I thought you now had your own people no subbing out work. He says yes, they are the companies workers. Then why do you have to bring them in if they are your employees. Never could get a straight answer.
I tell him I want labor estimate only on bathroom tile as I will get the tile. He says $ 8000. I laughed out loud but politely asked him how many workers and how many days. He says 2 workers and 4 days. So labor is $ 1000 per day per worker? He says he might be able to knock a couple hundred off. Gee thanks. Most ridiculous estimate on any work. Ever.
The tile price was triple that of the next highest estimate I had and 4 times the lowest estimate which were from companies with better BBB ratings and better reviews.
Getting an estimate from this company was a compete waste of time and their prices were far higher than anyone else. Dont waste your time.

We used King Quality after Hurricane Sandy and they were incredible. Whether it was dealing with our insurance company or immediately responding to any questions we had they were top notch. We had a minor issue with our siding that was handled immediately and professionally. Be sure to ask for Phil Cogliatta one of the managers/​reps he was top notch and provided outstanding customer service. Can not say enough about Phil– a true professional with an old school quality and appreciation for customer service that is hard to find these days.
(I promise we are not relatives lol)

Should be zero stars, this company was a nightmare. When they came that morning to work the guy who rang the door bell was clearly drunk, he was drooling at the corner of his mouth and could not speak clearly. I couldn’t help but stare at his mouth wondering why he did not wipe it off. We agreed on a particular material and as soon as I drove off for work they tried to use an inferior material. When I heard about this I returned to see them half way done. They agreed to remove it and start over. They got caught. all our window screens were ripped up. I had to point it out to them which they replaced. We initially did not know this but they left tons of nails on our property, on the grass in the pool etc. It was our lawn maintenance guy who let us know in the spring season, we had to call them back again to go over the property with a magnet. They had to do some painting on the inside and they sent a «friend» to do it. The guy was one of their friends who was out of work and needed a job. He said that he was not a painter but anyone can paint. He only put primer with it running along the side walls and some on our furniture. We told him how bad the painting was and he said that it was just primer, it will look better when it dries and he will return to paint it. He did not. The owner J. Dortona is never there and does not return phone calls. When he gives a date to return he never does. They let you speak to Jimmy then Sam who say that they came to the house but they really did not and they act like they are doing you a favor or you are simply bothering them. They were just RUDE. they dumped a load of silicone on it and called it a day. Will post pictures. Called them several times and just got the blow off. They are way too much to deal with. I do Not recommend them and I really feel sorry for anyone who uses them.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Had the siding done on our home by them as well as new gutters, soffits, and fascias. Workers that were here did a wonderful job and really take pride in their work and made sure every piece of siding was cut perfectly to fit around our windows. They also left our yard as clean as when they arrived. A few weeks after the gutter installation We noticed a spot that was leaking in the gutters during a heavy rain storm and we called KIng Quality and they had someone out here within 2 days to repair the entire section of gutter. The company followed up with us to make sure we were satisified when the job was done. I would definetly reccomend King Quality to anyone I know.

Every window they put in leaked. EVERY SINGLE ONE. I cheaped out by using these guys and am paying for it in spades now. AVOID. BAD COMPANY.
We had black mold as a result. Never sealed the windows. Criminals as far as I am concerned.

As soon as there was a problem, no one would return our call. Two of their jobs were defective. They have no intention of fixing their shoddy work. We have left messages and they have yet to get in touch with us. or follow up with us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY DECEIVED US AND LIED TO US. It is now going to cost us a lot of money to repair their original mistakes. DO NOT TRUST THEM! One last note — we were happy with the siding job that Jerry did and we like Jerry very much. Too bad he has to work for such a shady company!!! To Christina A. in Bellerose, we contacted BBB and they did nothing for us. They sided with King Quality. GAF is also in cahoots with them. They never honored their warranty for us because King Quality never repaired the damage. They all stick up for each other. It is a lose-​lose situation!

So disappointed! A couple of months ago my husband and I had a great idea to finally get our deck done. We called King Quality and the owner Jeff came right away to give us an estimate. We loved everything he was telling us, he made a contract and we signed, we couldn’t wait!!! And few weeks later a subcontractor named Chris came by to check on everything before he started the deck and he didn’t seem as enthusiastic to build it as I hoped. Boy was I right !!! It’s been 3 weeks later and I haven’t heard back from anyone, they won’t even return our calls or emails. I have no clue what to do!!! this is not professional at all and if I don’t hear back from anyone soon I think I will bring this to the BBB (better business bureau)!!

Great company. They offer free estimates and great workmanship. My house came out beautiful.
