US Post Office – Boiling Springs

There needs to be a ZERO! Over paid union members, don’t deliver mail and insist they did, find it later after 3 trips! Appallingly rude staff. They need to shut it down and privatize.

Disgusting lazy sacks of crap. They refused to deliver my package for no reason. It has been sitting at the post office for almost a week now. Was I notified? NO. Did they leave a little sticker on my door saying they tried to deliver and couldn’t reach me or that I had to come pick it up? NO. I had to call the company to inquire where my package was and they said that the post office scanned it almost a week ago but they never delivered it. Now it is being returned to the company because it’s been a week and I never claimed my package that I never freaking knew about because these lazy jerks didn’t care to do their job. Besides I work all day and don’t have time to go pick up a package. If I did, then wouldn’t I have this shipped to me in the first place. It is their JOB to deliver stuff, not steal it for their own keepsake. Isn’t it illegal to withhold mail? Useless infrastructure that doesn’t give a damn about getting their job done. This place needs to be investigated. I am beyond pissed and insulted. Now this will be he third time that I have t have this item resent to me because of some problem with the post office. The last time was due to the fact that my package had been ripped open and the item was stolen out of the box. I’m calling the police, something needs to be done.

I always wonder how they pick their staff at the post office. They are never nice, never smile and the customer is NEVER right. plus they always want you to go priority and then never tell you that your paying more for almost the same delivery estimate.

Never enough help inside, usually only one teller working. What with all the talking, laughing and 2 or 3 staffers walking by and looking for who knows what; you’d think one of them could help with the long lines. Not the nicest or polite for what thats worth.

I haven’t used their services that often inside; however, I love the way they have set up the outside mailboxes so that you may easily drive up and drop of your letters. Big time saver.
