4 Seasons Window & Blind Cleaning

Don’t prepay for services! Cannot be scheduled when needed. Not a good deal. On a positive note nice job cleaning when they show up!

Don’t use them! Horrible communication and follow through. I purchased a deal through living social or groupon (can’t remember which). They came and did my outside Windows and then offered me a five visit punch card at the deal price per visit instead of full price. So I gave them a check. A few months later I tried to contact them to come out and clean inside and outside Windows. Many unreturned messages/​phone calls later they finally came out. They did the outside and then a family emergency came up and he said they would be back in a day or two to do the inside. Never came back or called me to reschedule. A couple of months go by and I attempt to contact them again. Again many unreturned messages/​phone calls later I finally got them scheduled to come back. The day of he texted me to reschedule because of weather. Understandable except he didn’t offer to at least come do the inside. I texted back that it was fine and the days that would be good to come and he never responded. I texted again a couple of days later asking to reschedule and again no response. Both messages say «read» and have a time stamp when he read them. I’m beyond frustrated with this company and wish I could get my money back!

Beware of Eric. If you check other review sites you will learn quickly that if you purchase any Groupon or prepaid deal with him you are done for. If you only purchase a one time service and don’t pay him till he comes he will come to your house fast. Then he will try to get you to buy a package deal like he did me. Buy three get one free. I was dumb enough to fall for it. BEWARE of any pre-​purchase. I found multiple review of him doing the same thing he is doing to me. Or people who prepaid with Groupon. He doesn’t answer, doesn’t return messages and when he does answer schedules appointments and then no shows multiple times. He is a true scam artist. Be very careful! I was very fooled, he seemed so trustworthy wow he is good at the run around. I am now going to make sure that I post a review on every site he is on and have just filed a BBB complaint. He is sadly mistaken if he thinks he is going to take over $ 300 from me and will get to just walk away.

I am heartbroken and disappointed. In July, I started planning my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding open house that would take place in December. I called and booked this window cleaning service for the day before the event. December came and I followed up by calling again to make sure they would be there. The owner told me it would be tricky. I reminded him that this was for a wedding event and it had been booked for months. «Okay» he said, «Ill try to get that done for you.» He didn’t show. When I called, he said he had to go to his son’s tournament, but he’d «For sure» send someone the morning of the event. Nobody showed. No word back from anyone at Four Seasons. Totally unprofessional

I had them come and do my windows inside and out and my blinds. My blinds are mix of wood and faux wood and so they have to be hand done and have never been cleaned by a professional before and these guys did a nice job. My windows that have had water spots left on them from other window cleaner companies in the past were gone when these guys got done. They hand clean each window and screen. They were friendly and courteous. Plan to use them in the future.

I purchased a deal from Living Social to have 4 Seasons clean my windows. After 3 calls where I left 2 messages and talked to Eric once, they never called me back to make an appointment. Luckily, Living Social has a good policy of refunds for dissatisfied customers.

Poor customer service, poor communication skills, highly unprofessional, inflexible; a terrible reflection on good hard working Boisians. Truly run the other way pay more for quality. Not worth any deal because it will not get delivered.

This company is the best! I used them for 3 different services and they have always been excellent, respectful of your time, and thorough. They have cleaned windows, gutters, and power washed the entire house. They even wear booties to keep dirt off the floors. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. I bought a local deal for window washing from these folks. Didn’t know what to expect. Here’s what to expect: a friendly crew that shows up early and does a great job. The owner is totally endearing and is so squared away! His assistant that day was fantastic — great with the landscaping and did a spectacular job. They were very patient working around us, our yippee dogs, and some home construction too.
I had them do windows inside and out, screens, and blinds and signed up for their very, very reasonable semi-​regular service.
I was sorta of dreading using a service (always done it myself) — thought it’d be harder on the landscaping, but these folks were so impressive.
