Age Well at Home provides concierge services, senior service coordination, discharge planning, referrals, geriatric care management, and life enrichment programming for older adults in Southeast Boise. We offer monthly memberships for individuals and their families to help them thrive in their own homes by offering exercise, social opportunities, education, community connections, creative outlets, and an advocate on hand when problems arise. We can help navigate Medicare, Medicaid and VA benefits, prevent financial fraud and abuse, and help older adults to be more self reliant by giving them accurate unbiased information they need. Age Well at Home comes with 10 years of senior service coordination experience with clients and their families in Boise.

History

Established in 2014.

Age Well at Home is a sole proprietorship which opened for business in April of 2014. With 10 years experience as a Service Coordinator and Senior Advocate, I decided to start this business to foster an age friendly community, help close gaps in senior services, prevent duplication of services, and be an advocate for older adults in my own neighborhood.

Business Owner

Debbi has been working as a Senior Service Coordinator, advocate and benefit advisor for 9 years. She is a member of the American Association of Service Coordinators. She also has extensive experience in program and event planning and coordination. She has a BFA in Illustration and sculpture from BSU and A Professional Service Coordinator Certification from Ohio State University. She is passionate about fostering an age friendly community and helping older adults reach their goals, dreams, and potential.
