Service was extremely poor. I understand most individuals at the airport want a quick turn-around, but my co-worker and I had awhile to wait, and felt constantly pushed out the entire time. The bartender wasn’t paying attention, and kept missing requests, for example the first time I ordered my drink, although I wasn’t sure about food, I asked for a menu — which he forgot to bring requiring me to ask again. This continued but peaked when I ordered my salad I asked for it to come with chicken, it was without. At that point, the chicken being a mark-up, the staff is literally refusing money by not paying attention to the customer. It was nearly impossible to flag him down to get a third drink, despite what appeared to be a normal pace of business rather than a rush. I verified with my co-worker that I was speaking loud enough, and he concurred the bartender simply wasn’t giving us the time of day. What saved it from one star is the food and drinks were actually well prepared, not that I’d risk the service again next time I fly through.

Bardenay ’ s at BOI made waiting for a delayed flight…(2.5 hrs) more than bearable! The team at the bar(Tarna and Ross) related well to my pain and made the wait enjoyable without patronizing. Sharp. They made a bad airline experience pretty darn good. Thanks.

Service was slow i think the staff seemed pretty disorganized. My water glass was not very clean, it had clearly been washed, but not very thoroughly. I ordered a half turkey sandwich and flies. The fries were mediocre. Sandwich was pretty good.

The Bardenay has a reputation for greatness and this place doesn’t disappoint! Really tasty drinks and the albacore tuna sandwich with a side ceasar was just what the doctor ordered… Dr. happiness.

Super simple. Love the other locations. Downtown Boise location especially! The airport location, keep walking… Very small menu and super high prices.(No pricing stated on the menu…) I paid more for a beer 16oz($ 8.48) then I would have at SFO, SeaTac, DIA or even HNL. Might be a PPSF lease thing with the airport. I don’t know and don’t care. Basic local mico brews don’t cost $ 8+ anywhere. Service was okay if not slightly inattentive.

A good place to sit and eat in the Boise airport. The food was really decent and their prices are not too shabby. Service was super slow but I wasn’t in a hurry anyway. They have a bunch of beers on tap so if you’re planning on drinking, this is a good place to go.

I’ll admit the food and presentation was good, however… Mind that there were 3 servers and two bartenders and only 3 customers. Bartenders were nice, however… to get a server to attend us was not easy. Then got our order taken meals served, Amana was our server… but no one checked on us or refiled our drinks. Ended up going to the bar and ask. Bartenders did ask for the servers to help still… Nada. Horrible service! Not coming back… Would suggest the same!

Just opened yesterday and located right past checkpoint. Stopped in for a drink and food before our flight and had a great experience. Menu was diverse and service was stellar(thanks Chris!). Two item menus to make note of: the salmon teriyaki skewers and cesar salad. If you do not like heat, skip the croutons in the cesar. Interesting add to a cesar salad. If you are particular about teriyaki sauce, pass on this salmon skewers. The marinade sits for 24 hrs(per chef) and it is very strong. Otherwise, quick service a z great atmosphere!
