Bill’s Bike Works, Inc. is a full-service, independent motorcycle shop for Harley-Davidson, Indian, Titan, American Iron Horse, Big Dog and other V-Twin customs. We do performance work, scheduled maintenance & repairs. We stock Avon, Metzeler and Dunlop tires. We feature high quality lubricants from Mobil 1, Amsoil, RedLine, Royal Purple, RevTech and HD, as well as a full line of K&N oil and air filters. We have a large inventory of motorcycle repair parts, performance parts & accessories, gaskets & seals, switches, sensors, plugs & wires, electrical components, batteries, handlebars & risers, grips, control cables, brake lines. .. the list goes on & on. We also have a great selection of motorcycle luggage, bike covers, helmets, gloves & eyewear.
We expanded our products and services to include V-Twin metric cruisers. We have K&N oil filters, NGK Spark Plugs and 10W-40 oil from Amsoil, RevTech & Redline in stock, and reliable suppliers for metric repair parts and accessories.
History
Established in 2001.
Bill’s Bike Works, Inc., is an owner-operated Mom & Pop motorcycle shop. Bill’s professional career began as an auto mechanic in the early 80’s, and he bought his first Harley in 1983. He worked at two auto dealerships over 14 years. In 1995, Bill was hired as a technician at the Harley-Davidson dealership in Boise, ID. Over the next 6 years, he developed his skills & product knowledge, and became one of the most trusted bike mechanics in the Treasure Valley.
In the spring of 2001, Bill left the Harley dealership and opened a small shop in Meridian. In 2003, thanks to the loyalty of his many customers, the business expanded to a larger building on Main Street, and Bill’s wife Sheli took an active role as the parts manager, service writer & salesperson.
To avoid a lengthy, potentially «fatal» Meridian road construction project in 2011, Bill’s Bike Works moved to 2769 S. Cole Road in Boise. A bigger shop, better parking & easier freeway access makes this the best location yet!
