The owner’s name is Joe. I brought in my laptop to repair a cracked screen and fix overheating issues. He quoted me $ 150 and three days to fix. In less than 24 hours, he called me back to say the computer was fixed with a replacement screen and cleaned (3 years of dust bunnies inside causing the overheating) and it would cost $ 125 because it went faster than he thought it would. I am typing this review from the computer he fixed today. He could have charged me $ 150 and I would not have been the wiser. Joe might seem a bit gruff but as far as his character as a businessman, I have found him to be completely honest, professional and trustworthy.
