Looking for a place to study authentic open hand and weapon form Shaolin Kung Fu? This is it in Boise proper. I studied here years ago and my husband still trains with the talented and warm Master Jon. The instructor has decades of training under his belt and is a fair and skilled teacher. He makes students comfortable with their skill level and encourages them to be their best.
Stop in and chat with Master Jon. He can fill you in on class times and classes geared specifically for kids. There are all internal arts options like Tai Chi. Highly recommended!
