Dutch Bros Coffee

I come here what I need my sweet as dessert coffee fix. These babies are like candy! Which is also why I don’t come often. Can’t be drinking my sugar and calories all the time! The staff is always bubbly, happy, and helpful. The line isn’t too bad most of the time, unless there is a special going on. No complaints here!

My first Dutch Bros experience,
I told an employee, and received a free Americano
went back several times over my trip in the Northwest

Dutch Bros, which is SUPER popular right now and you can always expect a big line, is great because they truly try their hardest to move the line through in a quick and orderly fashion. You can know that if you see more than a couple cars in line, they’ll have someone coming out to your car to take your order so that it’s ready as soon as you hit the window. I appreciate their fast service and love the white coffee!

Drinks: The quad shot white coffee americano is a kick in the pants! Very strong without the strong coffee flavor. They’d get 5-​stars from me if they served drip coffee.
Atmosphere: This Dutch Bros is a fun one because, while they may have more staff members on hand during the busy shifts, it seems like they keep the music more low-​key with the volume down. I REALLY appreciate that! The drive-​thru line, if it gets long, is a bit hard to drive around as the lot set-​up is a little weird, but it’s not anything to detract me from going back.
Service: Fast, easy service. These guys try as hard as they can to move the line through and it’s greatly appreciated!

Love love Dutch Brothers! Hit this location on my birthday. My only beef here is that the design of the entrance and exit of the lot is wonky. Not the fault of DB, except maybe in the planning department. When cars are lined up to the street on both sides is a bit of a safety hazard. STILL though. love my beverage and the smile on my face after interacting with the employees is always a plus.

Always fast, friendly, and their coffee isn’t half bad! I prefer another brand but I still enjoy Dutch Bros every now and then.

I checked out his place 3 times during my visit to town. Pretty good until my 3^rd trip. I asked for a drink to be made hot. The gentleman took my order and told the young lady making it I wanted it on ice. I yelled through the window that I wanted it hot about 4 times. Over the music they had playing in the booth she finally acknowledged my yelling Hot Hot Hot. Of course I get my drink on ice when he returns. When I say I wanted this hot he tells me to have a nice day. Frustrated I pull away with all intentions of pulling off to the side and going nuts on someone, but he’s genuinely been a nice guy and I’ve had great service the previous visits.
Turn the tunes down a little in there!

Great coffee great service! Can be a little obnoxious with the loud music and juvenile social banter that they do while you wait but well worth it. Love the stickers and the lids! Not the same vibe as a coffeehouse but still a cool place to hit when wanting a good cup of joe.

My husband and I are pretty much addicted to this place and we weren’t big coffee drinkers. I recommend the cocomo freeze which is like a coconut coffee slurpee. Their muffin tops are also delicious. Tip: take it home and warm it up a few seconds… omg so good. If you are in a bad mood the staff will definitely cheer you up with their big smiles, personalities, and indoor dance party.

On a rec stopped (drove) in. Told them it was my first time. Incredibly nice staff most of whom were college students from Boise State. Music bumping from inside as I pulled up. Everyone smiling. GREAT LATTE. Had the Cocomo w soy milk. Like drinking an almond joy. Don’t miss if you are only in town for a spell.

Just moved to the area and this was one of the first places I tried while unpacking. Now I’m a hard review because I don’t drink coffee (yah yah I know) but my husband does and he said the coffee is good. Not strong but good fun flavors and I’m a hot cocoa and chai tea person. The hot cocoa is some of the best I’ve had. The chai tea disappoints. However the staff is amazing. I feel more energized just by their friendliness before I even take the first sip! Keep it up dutch bros! You have returning customers with UA!

I frequent this location several times a week and no matter how cold or how early it is, Zack and Brian are always friendly and attentive. Their customer service is great and their attitudes are very positive. These guys rock.

Probably the best customer service you’ll find at a coffee shop. The help is always outgoing, friendly, and they are fantastic at remembering your name and favorite order. Impressed with the rewards program as well. Seems like every two weeks I’m getting a free drink. They’re not sticklers about it, either, they let you combine cards, etc. If you’re with someone that’s never been, they will usually give that person their first drink free. Pretty cool place, to be honest.
I haven’t touched on the coffee yet. The coffee is good. My favorite is still just a boring Americano with cream. I’m sure there are plenty of other reviews that will talk about all the creative drinks. It’s more about the experience/​convenience for me – and that’s not to say you shouldn’t seek one out if they are out of your way. Find a Dutch Bros and make it yours.

If you like coffee, look elsewhere. If you like trendy sugary choco-​soda and want to put a sticker on your car to proclaim your lack of taste to the world, you’ll love this place.

Here’s the thing: I don’t personally dig their coffee. It’s a little weakish and neither the espresso nor the chocolate they use in their mochas taste of high quality.
That said, when I first started drinking coffee, I would have loved this place. They have an impressive variety of specialty coffees, their service is phenomenal, and they have one of the cheapest mochas in town.
So, though, at this point in my coffee drinking experience, I will not be returning to Dutch Bros for a cuppa – I can see their value to the more green coffee drinker.
Plus – their baristas are so completely enthusiastic and friendly AND they have a drive-​thru (in fact, they are mainly a drive-thru)…so, gotta give props for fast, friendly service.

Great service! Incredibly friendly staff! I was greeted with «I’m having a great day, slinging some beans!» The kids who work there have so much enthusiasm, it’s contagious! More energy than the caffeine they are serving! It makes me want to come back every morning!

I rarely get coffee, but when I do I will go out of my way to find the perfect cup. Dutch Bros is a cool place to go! First, the staff is super friendly regardless of who’s working at the time. Whether you go to a drive-​thru or a store location, the service and coffee is always legit. Give it a shot and strike up a conversation with the baristas.

The baristas were… baristos! Two guys were there today working, the one that took my order was friendly & made my drink super fast. The price was really good, too, but I’m starting to think I must be from one of the more expensive parts of the country (Seattle) cuz Idaho seems more affordable overall than home.
My coffee was delicious & I will come by again next time I’m in town!

Fast service, dual drive-​thru, friendly people. Sometimes over the top friendly, but I’ll take that any day vs rude or indifference. :-) The coffee does taste better than most of the national chains. I wish they were more national, makes it hard when consistency is key in the industry.
Also, their (hot) cups look like nipples. They crack me up! Great place to drive through and grab a cup of anything!
