I offer custom embroidery work from digitizing your logo or design to simply embroidering a name on a lab coat or shirt. It can be for personal or for business, a single item or a case full.

I also offer sewing, alterations, mending and sewing repairs of all sorts. If you have something that you just aren’t sure about, give me a call and we can discuss it.

History

Established in 2006.

I originally started this business in 2006 with a friend that started her own business also. We would go to craft shows together and such. I originally offered fimo clay miniatures along with doll quilts, embroidered/themed wall hangings and embroidered baby blankets in my booth as well as offering custom sewing out of my home. Now I only work my business out of my home and do not attend the craft shows. I offer the custom embroidery as well as minor alterations and sewing.

Meet the Business Owner

Vicki D.

Business Owner

I came from a family of sewers. Both of my parents were sewers and I remember my grandmother constantly sewing. My grandmother taught me my first sewing steps when I was very young. When my children were young I felt I was the typical mom that would sew clothes for them as well as doll clothes, baby blankets, costumes and blankets. The usual stuff, I felt. As the children grew up the sewing interest slowed quite a bit until in 2002 when my dad gave me his first home embroidery machine (I never did mind his hand-me-downs). That awakened a whole new world of excitement and imagination in me and sewing took off like it never did before. I enjoy making baby quilts and Christmas Stockings the most I think. Though just recently my sister, Cheri, and I have just finished writing a book on quilting. I have made several quilts of all sizes for different reasons/occasions.
