Established in 2002.

Enlightened Views Window Cleaning was originally formed by Bart Draper, Thomas’ older brother in the fall of 1994. Thomas came onboard not too long after and in 2002 left the bay area to start his own office in Boise, Idaho. Both Drapers run tight, close knit crews and build their customer bases with care and focus on customer service.

The number one priority at Enlightened Views is to provide an efficient and professional cleaning service, while building long-​lasting relationships so you never have to look for another window washer again.

Business Owner

Thomas has been washing windows since the beginning of High School in 1996. Since then, Tom has become a professional in every sense of the word and has his own process, tools, and sense of humor that gets him through even the toughest of jobs.

Repeat business, good customer relations, and being there when you need him are Tom’s priorities. Over the years Tom has had the opportunity to build his brand, and grow into a middle size operation. However, he realized the larger he got, the less control he had of his business and employees, as well as a growing disconnect with his customers. Tom is a personable guy, and wants to know who he’s working for, who’s working for him and particularly how the customers are being treated.

Though always looking for new customers Thomas is focusing on a sustainable growth business model, where he can provide the ultimate in customer satisfaction and quality control of the work being done by his employees.
