Comfortable beds!

Clean, quiet, easy to get to, great friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, ample parking, clean, welcoming, lots of on site amenities, and clean. No smell of cigarette smoke in the room either, which s a plus.
The one minus: the free breakfast features what appears to be all microwaved food that does not taste good. The coffee is ok.

Rates were reasonable. The room was fairly clean, with the exception of a beer bottle left over from a previous guest. Location is great (close to several good restaurants and entertainment). Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

I do not recommend this facility due to poor quality of staff; however, I will continue to be a client of Hilton facilities as my issue was addressed and funds were returned to my account in a timely manner.

Great experience. I stayed here for 2 weeks on business. I was greeted every time that I came in the front door. My room was kept clean and tidy. They have a really great gym for being a hotel, it had everything that someone could possibly want including free water and variety of work out equipment. I needed to stay an additional 2 weeks than what I booked for and that location was sold out for the 2 additional weeks that I needed. Molly at the front desk made some calls for me and ended up booking me at another Hampton Inn that was located in Nampa. This was really going above and beyond to make sure that her customer was happy. I really couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else if staying in Boise.

This is my home away from home. I have business meetings in Boise 2 – 3 times a month and travel with my family often. The staff is great here and they always treat my my wife and son with courtesy and respect. Seriously, from the mainetenance guy, all the way up to the manager on shift. I am not sure if all Hampton Inns are this good, but I always book here when I know I will be in Boise. Free breakfast is a bonus as well. Pool water is a little cold, but the hot tub works great!
I know the area really well, but they even teach me a thing or two when I need a good recomendation for a business or service.
Most importantly, they are sincerely helpful, not patronizing. They deal with many business travelers and families alike, so they really do cater to you without coming off as fake.

Overnight stay on the last day of a long road trip… A very nice, clean, quiet place to stay in a great location! There are a lot of dining choices and entertainment within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and our room was spotless. The only down side to the stay was the breakfast buffet in the morning. There was only one employee working and she simply could not keep the food items stocked, clean tables and empty the trash… Nor was it fair to ask her to do so. I don’t know if this was a weird situation where someone called in sick at the last minute or if this is just the regular staffing level. Other than that the staff were friendly and efficient and this would be a five star review if not for the poor breakfast experience.

Great hotel. Definitely nicer then the average hampton. The staff is incredible. Pool was nice. The hotel is meticulously clean. Parking is good. And location is excellent.

The Hampton Inn in Boise was recently re-​modeled and was surprisingly very nice throughout. It featured a grand lobby, nice pool and workout areas, and large breakfast area. My room was quiet with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax and get some work done. I also appreciated that the AC unit was quiet since hotel units are often rather noisy and disruptive.
We reserved one of their large meeting rooms for a work event the next day and the space was terrific. The room was cleaned and well maintained with bright lights and a very good AV system. The staff did a great job setting up the room the night before and they even made some last minute changes for us. They served a hot breakfast in the morning that was good and were on call throughput the event whenever we needed something. Our customers had no issues finding the Hampton Inn the day of our event and there was ample parking outside for everyone who attended.
I was very happy with both our accommodations for the night and the meeting room for our event the next day. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn on both accounts. Thank you for making out stay great!

Standard Hampton.
Decent bed, a choice of pillows. Room was pretty standard, but it did not have a fridge.
Internet horrible. I really wish Hotels would get better internet in this day and age!

I have been here for almost 9 months off and on. I travel between utah, idaho and Montana for my work. This is probably the best facility I have stayed in.
Gary the hotel General Manager always has a big smile about him, Bill is always going out of his way to make the start of the day off positive. Nikki, JIll and Megan the night front desk crew well the always say hi or wave or do what is possible to make sure my stay is comfortable. Kyle and Tomas pick me up and take me to the airport and are very awesome people. The whole staff that I have met stands up to the Hampton brand in my opinion.
The facility is amazing, clean, nice parking and quiet. The pool area is awesome but the Jacuzzi suites are huge. Beds are very comfortable and I’ve never have found any of the rooms I’ve been in dirty. The house keeping staff will do what ever you need and are willing to go the extra mile.
Television have hdmi ports so I can connect my Xbox to watch net flicks,
Etc.
If you decide to stay here it will be a wise decision, you’ll be very glad you did.

I checked into the Hampton Inn after driving 800 miles over the course of 13 hours. I was tired and had no clue which end was up.
Thanks to their ample parking, friendly desk service, and clean rooms, I was able to rest easy.
I checked in at 6:30 PM. The desk clerk was very polite and efficient. I was quite impressed with my room — for what I paid, I felt like I had a lot of space to work with. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well.
Pool and hot tub were both well-​maintened and open 24 hours.
The breakfast area was neatly organized and food was plentiful and tasty.
Although I do not see myself returning to Boise, I would recommend this particular location to anyone who finds themselves in the area.

Beautiful facilities, great location, only wish the beds were clean and I didn’t have to make it myself.
Location: Very good — right next to a shopping area and movie theater, a McGrath’s within walking distance and a couple other restaurants.
Parking: free
Rooms: Nice décor, newish building, spacious rooms — king-​sized beds great.
Noise: Fairly quiet, but there was this big thump/​bang at 12:30ish as we were going to sleep and it woke us at 2:30ish and 8:00ish (so much for sleeping in). It sounded like the people in the room above us were jumping or something. I have no idea it was, but other than that, I didn’t hear noise from people talking or anything like that.
Cleanliness: This is where they loose 1 star. We had a 2 king bedrooms with sofa bed. The sofa bed was unmade with a dirty fitted sheet on it — saw hair and other bits of I-don’t-know-what. Otherwise the room was clean — they had post-​its on the other 2 beds saying they were clean, I don’t know if that’s because they have had problems in the past with cleanliness and they were working overtime to assure people that their beds were clean.
Food: Ehh, it’s okay. They had bagel pizzas, dry ham (I really had to pick through to find an okay piece), standard selection of fruit, ready-​made pancakes, waffle maker, array of cereals and oatmeal. I only wish they had scrambled eggs or something similar.
Service: This is where they loose another star. When we alerted them that the bed was unmade, they didn’t offer to change the sheets for us. It took several phone calls to get all the sheets and blankets we needed and when we got them they simply handed it to us through the door and so I was remaking a bed late at night after a long day. I think that’s what we’re supposed to have paid them to do. I mean — isn’t that the whole idea behind staying at a hotel — I pay them to provide a clean bed that I don’t have to make myself??? They were only slightly apologetic. I think their tactic is say a quick apology and divert the conversation.
Pool: We didn’t get to swim, but it looked gorgeous!
Recommendation: I don’t think I’d go back even though the rooms were so nice. The dirty bed made me question the cleanliness of the place and how they dealt with the problem fell below standard. So much for their 100% guarantee.

BOISE, ID: I like this Hampton almost as well as the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. It is mostly updated, clean and spacious, the rooms are nice and it is right off the freeway. I like the location in walking distance to the movie theater and several restaurants; you don’t even have to leave the parking lot to get there. Book early; they fill up fast.

I just wanted to say thanks to Nikki. She is a total sweetheart. Waving as we walked in each afternoon, or night. Gave my kids some extra gummy bears. Even after they had been very obnoxious about bouncing a volleyball in the hallway. Loved the 24 hr pool. We hit it 3 times over a two night stay (I’m wore out).
I travel every week for business Nationwide, and train on customer service. Its nice to come back to Idaho and receive that great customer experience.
Well defiantly come back, and always recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites to friends.

Hotel was very nice with the pool, laundry, and business center open 24 hours! The staff was awesome, which made the stay even better. Also nice location, near a couple restaurants within walking distance. Was staying there while in town for a wedding but would definitely recommend it and very kid friendly.

Beautiful hotel, and you definitely get what you pay for. Super friendly staff, especially the woman at the breakfast area. Greeted us when we walked in and noticing that we were travelling, gave us a couple bottles of water to get us on our way.

Very clean, well run, quality hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool area was clean and had towels for all to use. The room was extra clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast that was included had the usual offerings including the obligatory waffle iron that you flip. I would opt for the fresh fruit and pastries, cereal or bagels. If you want a full breakfast you should go to an actual restaurant. Kids like the free breakfasts though. Would stay here again — or perhaps stay at the downtown Boise location to be within walking distance to everything. Boise is kind of a cool town and Hampton Inn is a cool hotel.

This place is really nice and front desk personal were super nice and check in was fast. One of the nicest Hamptons Ive stayed in on the West Coast.
Rooms are clean but kinda small and awkward. Nice tv and the channels comes in clear.
Windows on the third floor open which is really nice. After 6 weeks on the road ac systems get really annoying and tired of breathing ac air.
Cant beat the pricing for this place either.
Local and close to downtown and eating and drinking. Movie theater is close too!
Soo far so good! Im staying Friday-​Sunday.

I’m from LA so I’m stereotypically high-​maintenance and for this class of hotel, you can’t do better on the price for a weekend stay!
I thought about not writing this review so that the Unilocal rating would stay low and keep the room rates low, but that’s not fair to the people who run this place well.
This is the second Hampton location I’ve stayed at and it’s as good as the one in Downtown Boise.
