What a bunch of total scum bags! These butt worms are some of the lowest form of lying criminals. Unfortunately, we bought a vehicle from them that they said was «certified»
What a fucking joke! After we bought the car, they said that they would take it back and
«Detail it out», Well, it looked good, except that the factory floor mats disappeared out of it somewhere in the back. (they were in the car when we test drove it) They seemed to forget how to speak English at this point, and threw some mismatched mats that they obviously poached out of another car in. Three hours into it, they have you worn down and being the idiot that I am, I let that pass. Next day, a light came on the dash indicating that the traction control system had gone out. It made bad clunking noises when you went over a bump or turned a corner. I went back, and they told me that this was NOT covered by warranty and that they would make an appointment for me to take the car to Lithia Ford for diagnosis. Only catch was that I had to pay $ 100 dollars for the diagnosis and would probably be responsible for whatever the repair cost was. I talked to their? shop foreman???, and he told me that he was not willing to stick his neck in any noose that I was slinging and acted like I was trying to take advantage of him. What an asshole! I told him that I would make a career out of giving them bad press if they did not make it good. I told them that I would got to the BBB, Atty Gen.
and anybody else that I could think of. They finally agreed to pay for the repair and it was over $ 600.00. The only reason that they did this is because they knew that I would make good on my threats. Remember that this car is or was supposed to be «Certified»? Well, when I took to my mechanic 3 days later, they told me that the oil needed changed, the air filter was so clogged that it choked the engine upon trying to accelerate, the cabin filter was so clogged that the A/​C would not come out of the vents, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, the windshield wiper pump was clogged up, there was no gasket on the master cylinder for the brakes, the antifreeze needed to be replaced. All of these things should have been taken care of if they had inspected the car and presented it as Certified. They charged me more than maximum blue book for it and gave me as little as they could on my trade in. I know that I may not be a very good shopper, but did they have to fuck me at every turn? My advice is turn and run. Tell everybody that you know not to go there, and hope they get the shit that they deserve.

I went here yesterday with my girlfriend looking to see if they had any Honda CR-​Vs on the lot. We found a 2013 EX-​L with around 10,000 miles on it that was prices for $ 33,000. We both were in shock because new that same car is $ 30,275. While we were looking at the car a salesperson named Ryan came to talk to us. We asked him about his extremely overpriced car and he didn’t have much to say other then that he doesn’t set the prices and that he had only worked there for 2 weeks. We wondered also if they had other CR-​Vs on the lot and if we could have his card. He mentioned he would go check.
A few minutes later another sales person (I can’t think of his name) came out saying he had spoke to Ryan and he heard that we thought the car was way overpriced. He told me to look it up on Kelly Blue Book on my phone. So I got my phone out looked it up and it was valued at a little over $ 26,000. He then tried to sell it to us by meeting him half way on the difference. I said we were not yet ready to buy cause we were just looking around at different lots still. But mentioned the reason we were looking was because my girlfriend was in a car wreck that totaled her CR-​V and we both were really impressed at how clean the inside of the car was even though the front end was destroyed. The sales person then mentioned if I was looking for a safe car around the same price I should look at this other car he had. Turns out it was a Mercedes priced at $ 33,000. I have no idea what the value of this car really was nor do I care, but it felt like he was trying to pull a fast one on me. He asked if I wanted to test drive it, I agreed (We had time to waste). After the test drive when he asked if we would be interested in that car I said no we are interested in a CR-​V. So I asked him for his card. He said he would go get it.
Finally, sales person Mike walks out and asked us if we were the couple had questions about the CR-​V. We said we didn’t have any more questions on it but that it was way overpriced. He said he us to work for a Honda dealer and the CR-​V EX-​L starts at $ 39,000 (Did I mentioned that new they cost $ 30,275?). We disagreed and said you can give us your card and if we are interested we will call. We finally got a card and then headed out.
I have to say overall they are the worst car lot I have ever been to but if you have time to waste and really want to mess with car sale people head over to Internet Auto because they are idiots and really do not know how to do business.

Terrible experience and I didn’t even go to the car lot. The title says internet auto sales yet they won’t even chat with you online. I talked to a guy named MONTY and he asked for my information and just wouldn’t reply to any of my responses after that. I still had questions and about 20 minutes later with no reply I just ended the chat. I tried for another 30 minutes to speak to someone with no luck. If they claim to «end the cycle» of bad dealer experiences and not going to car lots by having an INTERNET AUTO dealership why would they just avoid a potential customer and not even reply? My wife tried as well when a pop up saying «our operators are available» tab popped up and after she waited 15 minutes she still wasn’t connected to anyone. This turned out to be more of a rant but the fact is that if they claim to be an Internet auto sales dealership and they can’t even connect to their customers then that just shows they are not worth doing business with.

Once again a horrible car buying experience! Used car salesman stand behind the reputation that proceeds them. There word is about as good as a prostitute in church.
If you read the Mission Statement this dealership says it stands for, its not worth the time they paid someone to type it.
They will be your yes man and say that everything will work out while waiting for financing. Let you take the car when they get money down out of you. This is part of a entrapment. They want you to fall in love with the car so when they ask for more money you will do what ever it takes to keep it. This is the part they don’t tell you but I am. Advice? I would steer clear of Internet Auto.

If I could give less of a rating, I would. This place has screwed us over not once, not twice, but four times now. We are now stuck in a vehicle from them, and wish we weren’t. This place is full of people that have no idea what they’re doing. They, not once, had accurate information and it’s evident that there is zero communication happening because you’re constantly repeating yourself to these people. They never return your calls, even when they’re in the wrong. They agreed to paying off my previous vehicle, which they have yet to do, and has hit my credit report because of their laziness. They have attempted to cash a check that was voided, even after they said the check was shredded. They put us in a vehicle we couldn’t afford, even though through the process we stated that it was definitely not affordable, even though they «promised» everything was fine, and was told to return the vehicle immediately. I could go on for days about the irritation they’ve brought to my life, but I’ll stop here. Don’t ever go there. Ever.

We took our 2008 Dodge Ram truck in to see how much we could get for it as cash and the salesman Richard Todd showed us a Toyota Tundra that was really clean. After discussing the exchange, they made us a deal we could not resist. Patrick Wright was awesome while doing the paperwork. This is a great place to do business.

DONT GO HERE!!! I bougt a car and all was fine. A year and a half later they sent me a statement saying that the amount that was estimated for the payoff on my other vehicle was wrong and that we owed them $ 400 with in the month! Sad thing is we refered two people before this happened and they both had problems! Save yourself a headache, go somewhere else!

Worst service ever. I was lied to on several occasions about payment date, interest rate and payment amount. I had to make several trips back to the dealership for an assortment of reasons. Wrong paperwork, wrong parts ordered and the check engine light came on only a couple days after purchasing. When needing to schedule for a replacement part I was promised phone calls on certain dates and certain times, which never happened. I repeatedly had to call and leave messages to hear back from anyone. This place is NOT worth your time. I highly recommend NOT buying your next vehicle here. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

I cannot believe this place is still in business. Bought a vehicle there several years ago because I fell in love with a beautiful luxury car DESPITE the fact that this place had the rudest, unprofessional, sales staff. To make a long story short the «luxury» car we purchased turned out being a «lemon.» The salesman was very aggressive at pressuring us to buy the vehicle. He even went as far as to call us «window shoppers.» Translation being that we weren’t serious buyers. What a jerk! I had such a horrible experience that I planned on filing a COMPLAINT with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. It turns out I’m not the only one (as there have been at least 37 COMPLAINTS FILED with BBB). Buyer BEWARE!!!

These guys are the epitomy of the stereotypical «used car salesman.» All their cars are way overpriced, and they will put you in a high pressure situation in order to force you into buying a car. I was working with Nino and after i passed on his deal for a better one he sent me text messages stating how i didn’t have a «brain» for not picking his deal. They even lied to me about the interest rates for the loan i was going to get.
Even if the deal is right, buy from a company that promotes integrity, and these guys do not have it.

I wasn’t too happy w/​these guys. This is the type of corporate car lot that judges you by how you look while you’re walking up to their doors. If they think you have a lot of money, they’ll spend a lot of time and effort on you. But if you look like you’re just looking for a little get-​a-​around vehicle, they’ll COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU.
I spent about 1 ½ hrs. in this place looking at a couple cars and our dealer was a Mexican guy about 29 yrs. old maybe younger and only talked about how much money he had. THE WHOLE TIME. He kept talking about how if you work hard then you can pay cash for houses and cars and how 50k is pocket change to him.
This place is a joke. If you’re rich and don’t care about good service but want a particular car that they have, go here. But if you want people that are going to really listen to you and help you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
