Noodles and Co — where noodles should be the specialty right? As in you should make good noodles. It was okay the first couple of times. I then came in and got one of the noodles dishes. It was so dry it was like eating clay. I tried again 2 more times and same result. Boise needs a ramen bar because Noodles must’ve cut ties with their oil supplier.

Had the Mac and Cheese and Potstickers. Both were ok, not incredible. Mac was a little bland, Potstickers are your run of the mill. If I make it back here I’ll try the beef stroganoff or one of the Asian noodle dishes as they looked really good.

I found love in this Noodles & co. As I feasted on my Indonesian peanut sauté, I spotted him across the registers. He was the spitting image of a young Russell Crowe. I was intoxicated immediately. We shared many moments as he grilled and I sipped my cherry-vanilla diet coke, courtesy of the restaurant’s high tech soda machines. If you are reading this, my gladiator, I was the girl in the pastel dress glancing at you persistently. I’ll be the Jean Val Jean to your Javert if you felt the same sparks that I did. The food was okay I guess.

Pretty good but a little bit bland. I think the portions are great for lunch or breakfast but definitely not dinner. The service was friendly and fast.

Can’t give 0 stars. Took 30 minutes to get half the food. Food was luke warm. Needed much more flavor. Won’t be back.

Service is horribly slow. Kitchen staff and organization is a train wreck. Food came to us eventually. Nearly half hour wait. So it makes sense that the temperature of the food was half the temperature it should have been. So management. If you care. We were here 4/24/15@ 11:20am. You need to train the crew, fire the crew, or perhaps add some more personnel. Broadway location. We won’t be coming back. Update: lead or manager gave us coupons for a couple of free bowls.

First visit to Noodles & Company was about 3 weeks ago. The mac & cheese is to die for! The atmosphere is comfortable and we didn’t feel hurried at all. Very pleasurable experience and will definitely make this a favorite spot!

Sorry to say, but Noodles & Company is only ok in my opinion. Nothing more, nothing less. I visited after a friend raved about it, and maybe it was just what I ordered but my food was bland. Not much personality here, but at least the restaurant seemed clean and well managed. It’s not like the food was gross, just not at all remarkable. Also, the«Wisconsin Mac and cheese» comes buried in a pile of cold super market variety shredded cheese. Not exactly appetizing. I’m giving 3 stars because they have super cool soda machines and decent seasonal beer selection.

Ordered online for pick-up last night, brought home the food and was pretty severely disappointed. They gave me «pot stickers» that were literally FLAT half-moon shapes. I’m sorry but pot stickers are not flat… very weird. I also got the Japanese noodles, which were edible once I added my own teriyaki sauce to them. The boyfriend got mac and cheese with meatballs, which was bland and undercooked and not very cheesy. Odd. It sucks because I had been looking forward to trying this place and it was totally not worth it. I won’t go back.

Meh! I’ve experienced better! Me and my baby doll went there and got the toots real bad. Noodles and Company? More like TOOTles and DUMPany. The food was minimal, the toots were multiple. They got a nice soda machine, butt we farted a lot. Thanks for the farts!!!

Great lunch stop. BBQ Pork sandwich was delicious. Bread covering it was great. Nice, sweet barbecue type sauce served with it. There was also sauce in the sandwich. For soup, the thai curry was delicious — chock full of fresh veg. I sampled the Bangkok curry from my lunch guest. We both enjoyed it. For drinks, they have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as a fancy Soda Dispenser as well as 3 types of fresh brewed tea. The jasmine tea was great. Service was friendly and helpful. I’ll be back to try more of the menu.

Super affordable! I enjoyed they Tomato Bisque soup with a cucumber salad and was about 5 dollars. The amount of soup served to me was more than i could handle… or so i thought! Once i tried it, i could not stop. The only thing that could’ve been better is an option for bread as a side. but hey, thats just me. This place is a really good place that has everything from pad thai noodles to tomato bisque and rice crispie treats.

Great lunch spot. They really did a good job remodeling the place. From the outside, it’s looks dated. The inside; however, is clean and modern. Food is fast and healthy. I am a fan. As far as the food — I love adding Tofu to any of their dishes. Might be the best tofu in Boise.

I may have found my new favorite lunch spot. It’s fast, tasty and now my husband and I won’t have to compromise on what kind of food we want(I love Asian, he loves Italian and American). I was very impressed with this place, it was our first time at a Noodles and for sure won’t be our last. Oh, and they serve beer and wine too!
