No bench press and the place can get a bit hot and steamy, mostly in the fall/​winter months. However, this facility is very clean and the machines are always up and running and readily available to use. You cannot beat the price for the options here.

So disappointed in your companies decision to allow men who identify as women… into your Womens locker rooms. Then revoking the membership of the female who complained. Disgraceful. I will be actively telling my friends to move to another gym. I already canceled membership this morning. And your manager had nothing to say.

I joined up when they were running the $ 99/​year program. That works out to less than their popular $ 10/​month program.
The staff is always welcoming and helpful.
There are always enough machines for me to choose what I feel like doing.
The weight machines are great and show you exactly how to use them.
If you’re looking for a low-​key, not-​many-​frills gym, just wanna get your sweat on, this is the place!
