New management at this north end spa! Chi did my pedicure and I couldn’t be happier! Family enterprise that really cared about my comfort! Make this your stop for a little pampering for yourself or the girls!

They have new ownership & food a great job. Super friendly, fast, & really clean. I saw them scrub the pedi seats & the nail counter. Will be coming back when I come to Boise again.

This place is awful! Not a smile from any of the staff, yanking my hands and feet around and not even a good mani or pedi for the abuse! Terrible selection of colors and I settled for a color that hardly comes close to what I wanted. Within days, cracked polish, which indicates the cheapest stuff around. With a nail salon on just about every corner, you’d think they’d at least try to provide a pleasant experience. NEVER will return.

My husband and I went for mani/pedi. They were overbooked… We had an appointment and waited 20 min. My husbands pedi was good. Our manicures were terrible! The man working on me went between me and another woman. I found this very rude! He cut my fingers in two different places. A week and a half later, I’m still trying to heal one of the cuts. My husband had the same problem on his hands. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back. Nor will we recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible! I’ve never had such horrible service and my nails are a joke! Left hand nails are all longer than the right, when I said something to him about he said no my nail bed is longer on that hand!!! Ummmmm?! What? No I’ve never once had that problem. They told me they could do ombré nails I get there and showed him a pic he said no can’t do that he said they can only airbrush to make it look like an ombré, but they don’t have an airbrush, but their price list clearly says airbrush and how much it is. Also my nails on my right hand are rounded and my left are squared wtf! On top if my nails looking like s**t they were incredibly rude, and the place is dingy not clean whatsoever, oh and don’t ask to use the restroom they don’t allow the customers to use it!!! I have never written a bad review about a place but this place is a joke save your money and go somewhere else. Horrible horrible I’m going somewhere else to get my nails re done because they look like my 3yr old did them!

I have read some of the other peoples reviews about Queen Nails and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but if you want a GOODMANI/PEDI THATISCHEAPPRICEWISEANDNOTSURROUNDEDBYFAKEPEOPLEANDYOUACTUALLYGIVETHEFAMILYTHATOWNSTHIS A A CHANE… THEYARESONICEHEREANDEXTREMELYACCOMMODATINGANDHAVEBEENINTHISLOCATIONFOR A VERYLONGTIME!!! I love this place not only because it is inexpensive but the owners are awesome and I think they do a great job!!! I have had big groups come in and they’re all so nice and I just booked the place for this coming up Wednesday the 22nd for about 8 ladies to come in after the Wedding Shower is over for my soon to be Sister!!! I love that we have this place right here in the North End of Boise and you don’t even have to pass state St!!!

I wouldn’t go back to Queens. I had a French pedicure done and the lines of the French tip were crooked resulting to my feet looking weird. My manicure was okay, it wasn’t the best but it was as horrible as the pedicure. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is mediocre for a nail spa. Parking is easily accessible and the prices are fairly priced to competitors but I wouldn’t pay for another crooked toe manicure!

Ew. Ew. Ew. With so many nail places around why would anyone go to this dingy salon on State Street? Well I ended up there because a) it’s close to my house b) the nail place I normally pop into was super busy c) I was desperate d) all of the above. Answer D. I’ve always wondered about this place since we moved to the North End. Well, part of me wishes I kept myself wondering. I stopped in for a simple manicure with a buff. Seriously probably one of the easiest services a nail place could provide BUT the woman cutting/filing my nails did a horrible job. So awful that I had to have her go back through and fix a couple and then a guy who worked there and was working on a client next to me jumped into the chair and did a quick file job on both hands(his quick file job was so much better than the woman who had been working on my nails). My cuticles still look like garbage. Hands down one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten. The hand/arm massage was like 5 seconds long.

I have had mani’s and pedi’s here and both times was not very happy. They don’t smooth the nail edge completely so I left with snags that I had to file when I got home. I also had to do more cuticle clean up and the manicure started chipping off the next day. I won’t go back.

It has been very difficult to find a salon here since I moved. Lots of bad experiences. However, Queen Nails is GREAT! They always make sure they do a good job, and they never try and hurry you out the door. One time I messed up my nail while it was drying, and they happily fixed it. I know other places aren’t that forgiving. $ 35 for mani and pedi.
