Rolling River Construction

We just bought a home that recently had the roof replaced by David. We noticed a leak in the ceiling and called David since there was a warranty on the roof. David was at my home in less than an hour. He and his employee, Mike, stayed at my home for almost two hours until they were able to find the problem and didn’t charge me a penny! Needless to say, the problem was not with the roof (the roof is perfect) but with a pipe in the wall. David and Mike were extremely professional and nice. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten such good customer service!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone :)
UPDATE: We called a plumber to get the issue fixed and he tried to blame the leak on the roof. David happily came back out to my house to show the plumber where the problem was with the pipes. Again, David didn’t charge anything and just wanted to make sure we were taken care of!

We are so happy with our new roof. David and Greta are very easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions, concerns, paperwork, etc. Mike, the job site foreman kept a clean, efficient work site and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Everyone on the team was courteous and hard workers. I was surprised how fast the job was completed and how nice it looks. I needed a new roof and called rolling river const. David Arnold who is the owner had me text him my address and email. With in hours I had the bid and warranty info emailed to me. Dave was extremely professional and answered all my questions promptly so I hired him. He was on time to begin the job and completed it when he said he would. The roof looks great and he also reinforced a section that is prone to high wind conditions. His price is extremely competitive and I will recommend Rolling River Const to anyone I come in contact with that needs a roof. Thanks Dave and your crew for a job well done

Owner: David Arnold is the best. I had a leak to my 2 year old roof. I could not find the leak. The State Farm Claims agent could not find it. Rolling River found it in 30 seconds. Been in business for 30 years is what helped I guess.
Called when he said he would call. Explained in laymen terms. Showed up on time.
He went beyond fixing leak. Checked for other possible problem areas on the roof and fixed those too. FREE.
And speaking about going beyond the call. I have a 16 foot ceiling in living room. He brought ladder in and changed light bulb for me too.
