Bob is the man. Great skill and great pricing. He saved us from a $ 600 quote from another arborist for… drum roll…$ 145(!) for our rental (and he was aware of the other quote — I think it speaks volumes that he didn’t just quote a little less than the other, instead just charged what he thought was fair). We used him when we lived in Boise, and then lost his information. I’m glad we found it again!

We could not be happier with SE Tree and Shrub. We now have them come straighten us out every spring and they get everything in shape for us. They always accomplish more than we expect. Bob is consistently able to give even trees and shrubs I had given up on shape and character and new life. We depend on him for advice on what to use on anything that needs help to recover from insects or other yard diseases. The only annoying thing is that when he is here we get an onslaught of neighbors trying to borrow him. We have recommended SE Tree and Shrub to our friends and have only had our opinion of him confirmed.

Make sure that you ask Bob to take notes and be very clear on your instructions. Bob mistakenly removed a beloved rose bush and trimmed and pruned to the point beyond what had been discussed on others. Unfortunately, it was his terse response to my concern that prompted this 2 Star review. We all make mistakes; just own it and make it right.
