WOW, what a GREAT encounter I had with this company! I had a very small (smaller than a pea) rock chip that was beginning to crack, I called my insurance and they prompted me to use Safelite (quoted me at $ 330) after calling around the local places in Boise who all quoted me 200+ some even started at 400… just for a chip! The crack was bigger than the «dollar bill» size. After calling and talking to Rocky he came to my place of work and was able to repair the chip/​crack in less than 20 mins! (The crack is still slightly visible but my intention was stop the crack and minimize the appearance) The best part being that since Rocky was able to categorize it as repairable my insurance was able to cover it and it didn’t cost me a dime! I would definitely recommend «The Windshield Guy» to anyone! THANK YOU!
